Staff was great! Breakfast was good, well maintained and nice variety. Room was clean and staff was very attentive to keeping it up throughout our stay.

Need a key card access at front door. Staff is busy and aren't always available for entry after hours. Its inconvenient to have to walk around the building for entry. Offer a reasonable sized coffee cup for those of us who drink coffee, insulated would be nice as well. The two sip cups available really don't meet the need of a coffee drinker.

The room, a suite, we had was huge, great access for handicapped.. Nice counter beside microwave and near fridge. Pet friendly: Able to set up pop-up kennel out in the living room area. Area under food prep counter was ideal for water and food bowls, tile, not carpet. Room would be great for a family. Pull out couch, plenty of room for portable crib, 2 TVs.

Two minor things: TV, batteries on control weak or dead, missing back cover. No on-screen guide to upcoming shows. Small detail, but safety related: Shower curtain for roll-in shower was on a curved rod. That directed a lot of water outside the small raised lip that divides the shower floor from the main floor. It made the floor slippery. A straight shower rod would fix the issue.

Friendly people. Good breakfast, fun pool. Comfortable beds and adequate amenities.

Wish we had access to movie channels. Christ kept changing as I was trying to decide if it was the right location and what kind of room.

Bathroom door could only open part way because of a stop that was needed because of a curved shower curtain rod. Loose the curved rod and open the door. A handy cap person or one with limited mobility could be in real trouble.

I liked everything about the property. A little pricey but it was worth the stay.

The only thing I did not like about my stay was the bar that is nearby the property. The noise was very disturbing and I could not sit back and relax because of the loud music and noise outside.

BREAKFAST WAS SO GOOD. The suite was SO GOOD. I've always had to pay at least $200 to get a full suite with a couch in its own room with its own tv! I paid $102 for that and 2 queen beds and gah. SO COMFY. The AC was GREAT. Every staff member went above and beyond.

The water pressure in the shower could have been both more adjustable and stronger. There was a stain on the curtain that was there when we arrived. I didn't care for the toilet paper, but if it's some kind of eco-friendly kind, I'm alright with that. Also the beds were so tall xD Those of us with short legs... well, we have to climb lol.

The heated pool was great!

The temperature of the room where breakfast was being served was way too warm.

Everything! From the welcoming and the way the receptionist was able to help us out with fees and what not and really just cared for us! The cleanliness was subbbpaaar! Amazing all round thank you for breakfast ;D

Split payment on cards was an issue as far as there being an extra $150 deposit if needing to split payments? I wasn’t fully understanding but we got it fixed and taken cared of!

Have stayed here before. Consistently roomy rooms, nice location, short drive to plenty of restaurants without having to go into Oklahoma City proper. 20 minutes gets you to most anywhere in OKC. Staff was very responsive to any concerns or requests I had.

The light switches were a bit confusing in the suites. I understand that the hotel is updating its rooms, bit by bit, so that may well get addressed.

The cash deposit because my drivers license still has my location as living less than 50 miles from location.
