I usually would never give a 10/10. I would always find something that was not satisfactory, especially most hotels these days. Either the building itself was worn down right from the entry or the musty smell almost most hotels have or the rooms were not throughly cleaned. The minute I pulled in the parking lot I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Once I received my room key and walked into my room. Instantly felt relieved. Absolutely no smells, the room was perfectly clean and a very welcoming atmosphere. I can honestly say I slept like I was at home and felt safe. Which is always an issue with a lot of mainstream hotels. Well done Avid!

The sheets and bedding were nice, helpful staff, and the room was clean.

The breakfast wasn’t really what we had would call “hot.” While it was hot, it wasn’t cooked on property (seemed more like a frozen item that was warmed and bagged). I think it just wasn’t what we expected since the website said, “rotating warm breakfast.” I think we were assuming it would be like most hot breakfasts offered at hotels. We also weren’t expecting to pay the $75 holding fee. That was off-putting since we aren’t required to do that at other hotels.

room was spacious and impeccably clean plenty of charging ports large, double headed shower. hot, hot 🔥 water 💧 and great water pressure mattress had zippered cover which is definitely a bonus appreciated the soft and firm pillow options would definitely recommend this establishment

NO Carpet, therefore as clean as wanted and liked. Love the coffee machine, ability to fresh grind and brew is wonderful for morning coffee. Breakfast options were good.

Not that I didn't like it but would have love to have one of your coffee machine do Dark and one to do Medium brew. Felt Med was not strong enough and since two machine, give people a choice.

hated the breakfast. heated up stuff, yuk so had some cold cereal in a box I liked the fibe and the quiiet elevator. great elevator good quality the room was comfortable good air conditioning perfect for the heat outside.

breakfast. we are traveling with food and food for prep. was disappointed to not have a microwave and a coffee pot. was told I was getting a bonus for having fresh brewed coffee. Not for me. the pool plaster has loosened causing much debris stirred up

Clean look to bathroom, with pumps for amenities. No carpet in bedroom, so felt extra clean. Nice breakfast bar.

The bed had only a sheet and a comforter with duvet, no lighter blanket. I sleep warm, and need more than a sheet but less than a comforter. If I knew the duvet had been changed between stays, I would have been more comfortable. It did look clean, however.

Breakfast stayed available after 9 which was awesome. We rarely sleep in but the room was dark and comfortable so we slept late and we were pleased when we went for coffee that breakfast was still available 😊

The pool wasn’t open

Everything was solid…especially fond of the fitness center and the staff was super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The place was super clean and the TV situation was pretty groovy (personalized welcome message, checkout function, phone/tablet broadcasting option) Oh, and the coffee was right on…stronger/better tasting than expected!

If y’all could include some sanitizer spray/wipes in the gym and some disposable cups in the rooms that’d be awesome!

The room was wonderfully clean! The cleanest hotel room I’ve ever been in. I loved that the floors were wipeable and able to be cleaned. This was especially important to me as my young children crawl all over the floor. Breakfast was pretty good. The black out shade also worked very well.

I didn’t like that I needed to pay for an extra app to connect my devices to the tv. I also was not a big fan of the size of the room. Hardly any room for a pack and play or a toddler bed in a king sized room. I did not find an option for more than 2 people in a room at this property.

Clean, minimalistic, easy in/out, comfy beds, great big tv and bathroom/shower great. Breakfast selections were simple & great! Thanks

Could use another chair (vs one chair for desk)…not a fan of eating sitting on bed.
