Spending the night during our family reunion. Location was close, and the price competitive. Staff at check-in was very helpful. The first room we were assigned had someone's stuff in it. A new room was assigned, and everything was good. The first room turned out to be a communication error with the tenant. No problems or other issues. Kids enjoyed the pool, but we had to snag pool towels from the gym. Breakfast was very good as hotel breakfasts go, especially on the weekend when we have experienced a definite decline in other hotels. Desk person at checkout was a bit less pleasant. Tried to simply report a tripping hazard that was developing, and she got defensive about overall maintenance. Claimed she knew about it and it would be addressed. More CYA than concern.

A light in the parking lot was dying, flashing its way to its final darkness. It's annoying, but plenty of light available, so not a danger.

the beds were comfortable

the rooms were not very clean told me needed to hire better housekeepers maintenance evidently wasn’t doing their jobs on the rooms or the outside of the hotel was very dirty and rundown need a lawn care service for sure all the bushes were dying cig butt everywhere little fencing around plants all broken was not visually acceptable for a laquinta Inn the breakfast was not good hotel front desk was the most professional and they done their job other employees lack appreciation in their hotel they work at and have no pride in their jobs

Saturday the breakfast was well stocked and a good variety. Sunday, the waffle maker was broken and several items were not available. (No orange juice, no gravy, and no butter. Only a few bagels for pastries. The lobby staff was very helpful.

Our room had someone else’s dirty shorts under the sink unit in the bathroom. When we reported it, it was taken care of.

The location to everything and not the hustle and bustle of the city was the reason we chose this location. The value was excellent and the staff at the desk and at breakfast were very friendly and helpful

The shower was a little slick but other than that everything was good

I need to give a big "THANK YOU" to the "Night Guy" who works the front desk. I needed his help, and he went out of his way to make my trip exceptional! Please let him know that I appreciate him and that I thank him!

The beds are firm--which is great for me--so much better than mushy. Super pillows!

The relative softness of the bed. I don't stay at hotels to sleep on a brick. A soft bed is the meat of the stay. Breakfast , cable TV, and wifi, are essential. But no soft bed, no reservation. I liked the help I received from the front desk with a plunger 🪠 😀. It was also nice to have a frig for cold drinks and leftover pizza for breakfast.

Bed was soft and comfortable.

Only one employee present to run the hotel at 9pm Hotel filled with 10-12 year old softball players running up and down the hallways. Parents did not control there children. Very difficult for employee to handle the situation

Upon arrival we were given the wrong room that was currently occupied. We had reserved a double queen with sofa and had not received that originally, after I mentioned it was supposed to have a sofa, she immediately fixed this and gave us a brand new clean accommodating room. The staff was extremely friendly and kind.

Our kids said the pool was super cold.

Great room, great breakfast, comfortable beds, fridge awesome. Staff amazing! Wonderful pet area, clean and stocked with bags

Upstairs people loud most of evening making it hard to sleep. Bathroom has cigarette butt on floor.
