Very nice and helpful staff at the desk, and the hotel was clean and modern! We did not take advantage of the included breakfast, but many others did and it looked good. A mix of people from Army reservists, families and couples.

We did have a domestic fight between two or more women on our floor at about 2:00 a.m. and I needed to call the front desk, but once I did things calmed down and we finally got back to sleep. Seemed to be an isolated incident, which obviously can happen anywhere.

What you see online is what you get. I was so pleasantly surprised. Usually, a hotel looks nothing like it does online, but this one sure did. The staff was very friendly. When we got there and were checking in, the desk clerk was on the phone dealing with a customer who had booked with a third party, and for whatever reason, the reservation was not showing up. I paid close attention to how the clerk handled the situation, and she did an excellent job explaining her side of the situation and trying her best to help with a solution. Never got upset and remained very friendly. We got checked in, and every time she saw us, she was always smiling and friendly. When we got to our room, it was very spacious and really clean. We had a king bed with a sofa bed, and both were comfortable. We chose not to have housekeeping come in but chose to tidy up ourselves. The front desk called up to our room later that day to check to see if we needed anything. That was so thoughtful. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to be in the big middle of OKC but likes the convenience of being close by. The breakfast that was served each morning was also very good. There were lots of choices depending on dietary needs, and the food was delicious. If I have any more events to go to in OKC, I will definitely stay again.

I wish the lightning in the bathroom over the sink was brighter. That's my only non complaint.

Property was great... The fact that booking.com botched the entire reservation/confirmation process. I have never had such an issue with my booking and reservation as I did with this one. Impossible customer service, the hotel said it's normal with booking.com and that every booking with booking.com is an issue. Bottom line, my booking experience was HORRIBLE. I so hope someone from district/area manager contacts. Feel free AFTER ALL YOU ARE BOOKING COM

Perfect location for our family get together!! Awesome hotel for families!! Everything was AMAZING!! The room was clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly. Great location. :)

Breakfast was fresh and clean, area was kept very nice. Staff was friendly and willing to help in any way. Would recommend this property to anyone.

There was not anything that I didn't like. They might have a little better selection to ice cream treats or snacks, but that would be getting very picky.

We felt very welcome by the staff. We had our puppy, and she was no problem there. We had grass yard thst she could run on. The room was comfortable, and everything we needed.

The breakfast buffet was not really to our liking, but the coffee was good.

The location was key for us. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. It had a well-stocked breakfast with longer hours than most.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything that we disliked.

When we walked into the room, you could smell the linens. Like when you hang them outside on a clothes line. Breakfast was great. We didn't swim, but they have an indoor heated pool.

The rooms were a beautiful size and super clean. The colors of the place were so fun. The dining area was very unique, my daughter enjoyed it. The coffee and tea counter was my favorite!!! We enjoyed everything!

We loved the layout of the room and we loved the food as well. The over all look of the hotel was very subtle.

The bed was was was on the stiff side which made it hard to sleep. The pullout bed was hard to put back in. The auto on the ac/heater doesn't work. I had to turn it on the fan setting to get it to the desired temperature.
