the spa! the bathroom was great could use more breakfast items

the staff is very rude. threaten to call the cops because I locked my keys in the car. my room was paid for and they was not helpful at all… they wouldn’t let me get into my room not sure what they are use to dealing with tho it was not pleasant in the beginning.

It was perfect for my family

Not being able to take breakfast up to the room. no meat at breakfast and the lady when asked about maybe something to put on the bagels she just said.... No, My options were bread and eggs. No Lights In the Pool Room. Besides the pool lights. After 8 it's pretty dark and water isn't clear to the bottom so it's a safety hazard for my family. Lots of kids in the pool having a great time. Some lights would have been great to SEE my kids in the pool. Loves that the pool was open til 10pm! Everything else was amazing. But my booking this hotel was for The Included breakfast and indoor pool.

I love the night staff, I'm a nurse I work 16hrs currently and when I get off their normally who I deal with. I'm not sure his name, but he recognizes me. He goes over and beyond for me!! I told my agency job "ONLY BOOK ME HERE!!!" Very clean, Respectful, Quiet, the housekeeping during the day is even amazing!!! I asked for towels an when I came back I had a whole new room! Clean bedding towels Toilet tissue... This is my #1 spot for traveling!! And I'll be back very soon!!

Morning shift Is little unfriendly, But could also be because I only deal with the night shift.

There were no cups in the room for coffee or water. No hangers for clothes. The sofa bed was broken.

I love the rooms are clean, and free breakfast along with the free shuttle service on anytime requested by customer towards airport. It is perfect for us to have free shuttle service as most of the time the flight was early in the morning like 6 or 8am, so it was perfect that you have people to get us to the airport early in the morning.

I don't have much comments on what I didn't like, as I felt like the service was nice, and I just stayed there for a night just to catch the flight in the early morning, so overall was decent with the reasonable price.

Went to let my kid swim, got room with a whirlpool bath which was nice. Front desk guy was really nice. Room was huge. Lobby was nice. Bed was comfy n clean and didn't see any bugs .

A bit pricey and outdated. Huge empty space in the room, the set up was of the room was different. Hallway in 4th floor smelled ! like smoke. Strange smell in room. Luckily I brought lysol and air freshener which helped. Not enough lights in room. Still haven't got my deposit back and hope they don't try to keep it.

The beds was most definitely comfortable especially after a long night shift at the hospital. And I liked how quiet it was during the day and night...

You cant take breakfast back to your room, after a 18hr shift the last thing I want to do is sit around a bunch of people I don't know an eat. I'd much rather grab it and head back to my room where there it is quiet. Also the hot water wasn't hot enough for me in the shower but I love hot water so that's just my personal option on the water.

It was easy to find and to drive to, even in the dark. The room was very affordable. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet both nights we stayed, and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms were clean enough (cleanish?), but I wouldn’t call them clean. There were a couple things on the floor of our room that made it seem like it hadn’t been vacuumed (a battery, for example). No evidence of bugs or anything and it was okay, but if you’re really particular about cleanliness, this might not be the hotel for you.

Breakfast was very good. Had a variety of hot and cold foods.

I love the beds, the staff was nice, the breakfast was good, no meat, but it had a nice selection of food, the housekeeping was really sweet, and it had a pool that was open.

Too much chlorine in the pool and the people who lived there were a little dirty, so we started away from the pool after we saw women getting on there with tracks and traces on their necks and backs.
