Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the airport and the 40 hwy made it easily accessible. Felt like a safe area compared to some other hotels on Meridian Ave. Have a small office area to use with a computer. Scanner, and printer. Also offer complimentary cookies (just in the evenings) and lemonade.

The breakfast (most of which was pretty good) but the eggs were terrible. Probably the worst eggs I've had. That being said, that is the only complaint I have, so that's not bad at all.

Got to my room after being gone all day and found my end table full of sugar ants 🐜. We had left some chips open and they found them. Lots of ants. Called down stairs front desk but they could not move us no other Queen Suites. They didn't send anyone up to see or investigate told me I had to deal with them. So I did. Got them all on 2 wash cloths and brought them to them at the front desk. Other than that my stay was great. Thanks

Everything, to be honest! This was my birthday trip and this hotel was absolutely amazing!

cleaning ladies star too much and were not very nice! we also wished both elevators were working, so it would have gone faster

Facilities were great, clean, comfortable, and beyond adequate. The breakfast was very good.

Booking. Com mapping app had us looking on the wrong side of the street, wandering around looking for the hotel. Not fun!

The staff was so pleasant and friendly. Also, the lobby and room were impeccably clean. I will definitely stay there again if I have a need.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious-probably the best hotel breakfast I have had. Pool was decent.

Bathtub drain was very slow to drain. Pillows were way too soft.

Breakfast was better than most we have had like that. The little spinach muffin things were delicious.

The location was great. Good customer service and overall the room was comfortable

The sheets had hair on them. Made me feel itchy. Needed more pillows
