The front desk clerk was exceptional. He went above and beyond to correct a situation for me. He made sure to see it all the way through to the end. He was kind, thoughtful, and the epitome of a professional. I truly appreciate all he did for me and he represented his company well. He deserves a bonus or a raise.

Someone else booked and paid for my room through booking.com. However that person had made an honest mistake and booked it for the wrong dates. When the front desk clerk was able to finally find a number and call booking.com customer service to change the date, their representative hung up on him because he called the department . Then he searched for a different number, which took him for ever to find because it was not easy to locate on the website. When he finally found a different number and called he was put on hold for approximately an hour! I arrived a little after 9 p.m. and was checked into my room at 11 p.m.! It was ridiculous. Booking.com website is NOT user friendly. The customer service was, at best, lacking.

Large room w/good AC, comfortable bed, large TV & clean, well-stocked bathroom. Pool area clean & well-stocked w/good amount of seats/tables. Mushroom fountain & pouring buckets are a neat addition.

All bench seats in breakfast area need recovering. They are either bare foam or taped. Pool bottom needs smoothing or replacement. It feels like a hazardous sandpaper (too easy to scrape toes or feet).

After I checked in, the service was fine. Comfortable bed and good breakfast

I was arriving at midnight at the airport, and I had informed from the beginning of my reservation a month before that I would arrive after midnight. The hotel didn’t say anything, and only three days before I received an automated message saying that I could not check-in after midnight. Even after calling them and calling booking, they maintained that position, which was quite stressful. Then, one day before I receive the email saying I could check-in online beforehand through the Hilton app, which I did. So, in the end, why didn’t they at least tell me I could sort things out with the online check-in?

Great location, great breakfast, and great amenities. My little ones loved the pool and splash pad area. We will be back for future stays.

TV center that housed the fridge and microwave was a little dated with a broken drawer and missing some trim pieces. Did not affect function but looked poor and dated.

Only problem I had with the place us when we arrived and given our key to our room. When we arrived to the room, the room was already occupied. Thankfully no one was in there a d we left right away and let the staff know. Didn't take long for them to put us in a room that was already occupied. Other then that we loved the stay

Great location (very close to the airport), felt very safe and the stay was certainly comfortable. Thanks to Sai for the help during the night shift, the staff overall is very helpful and polite. The river walk trail on the back is a big plus if you get some time.

My room was clean and large enough for my needs during my stay. The beddings were clean and the bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was not too elaborate the but the variety was great. Check in and out process was smooth and seamless. The front office were quick and responsive.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Lobby/dining area has lots of seating. Desk hosts are friendly.

No laundry facilities. We were told we could use the laundry at a near-by hotel but it was raining and we were already soaked.

Large rooms Were nice as were the pool, breakfast and workout room.

Air broken in workout room so a giant fan was blowing warm air and was very noisy. You can see some wear and damage on room furniture

Convenient location for our trip. Large clean room.

Amenities states soundproof rooms, yet sounded like a 500 pound heal walker was directly above us. Even made the ceiling mounted light rattle.
