location was great! The price was fair.

the facility was updated just enough to look great from a distance, but once you settled in you noticed the age and disrepair. My only complaint was that my bathroom smelt as if the toilet was backing up every time I flushed. And, that the AC unit was not efficient in managing the humidity in the room. I’m from Florida, so I’m used to humidity and I know what an adequate AC unit is capable of. Also, I had to have my key reprogrammed 3 times. Twice in the same day, within a few hours.

The property had a wonderful breakfast. Everything was clean and tidy could not get enough of the breakfast buffet.

The pool area was not as clean in the bathroom door in the swimming pool area was broke off of the hinges. The door was leaning to the side of the wall.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful

had to ask for clean towels in room service every day the housekeeper would take the towels but not leave any and then she did not leave any additional lotion. Also, there was trash left from a previous occupant left under the sink at the bar area in the room.

The whole staff here was amazing! Loved the room we had, very clean, the food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent! I give the hotel a 10!

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room looked great until I went to get into the Jacuzzi and the shower.

The Jacuzzi and the shower had a lot of hair that was not mine so I had to go and buy some cleaner to clean the tub and the shower. The stand the TV was on some type of liquid was wasted all over the front of it.

Friendly staff, clean facility, good location, comfortable accommodations! Plan on staying again in a month. Facility is undergoing some upgrades, but did not negatively affect our experience.

That when I booked on booking.com it said that breakfast was included and when I got to the facility breakfast was extra

The jet tub was wonderful. The size of the rooms was unexpected.

Pay per view movies was not offered. Breakfast was not included. The furniture was outdated.

Unfortunately we slept through breakfast but the location of the hotel was great and our view was great. the staff that checked us in and out were pleasant as well. Our room was very clean and had nice amenities we did not even use the shower because of the light but the jacuzzi made up for that x2!

More towels need to be placed in the jacuzzi suites. With just two people, plus putting one down beside the tub to prevent water from going everywhere it really wasnt enough and we had to ask for more, I hope for bigger families they give more towels! There wasnt much I didnt like about this stay other than the trashcans left out in the hallway from all the other rooms on our floor it made it look kind of trashy, also in our shower the light was halfway hanging out of the ceiling so we didnt even use the shower.

Very close to airport. A liked the staff allowed extended checkout so I could stay until my flight in early afternoon.
