The facility is clean, well maintained, friendly staff, smooth checkout process, and surprisingly it was one of the cheapest offers around.

Considering it was one of the cheapest offers around there, I can’t complain. We got value for our money but there is always room for improvement. The swimming pool water was a little salty and for the breakfast- they can add basic stuff like bacons, sausages which most people like to include for their breakfast. We paid almost half the price of what was offered in nearby hotels and got way better value for what we paid.

The room was wide and spacious, lighting was bright enough, bathroom clean and big, loved the shower as the water pressure was great! The staff was very friendly and amazingly helpful! I was hurt during my last night of my stay and had to check out, I was hurt at work not at the hotel.The older gentleman on the overnight shift was absolutely wonderful and helpful so I could be more mobile during my check out! I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again. I would also encourage everyone who needs a hotel stay to give this place a try! PS I never give a 10 but this hotel and staff certainly deserve it!

Breakfast was acceptable and the location was okay.

No listing for the TV channels. The covering on the air conditioning system was broken, the chair left arm had what looked like a bite out of it and the bathroom sink had a long crack --all was reported to management as I did not want it to affect my deposit. I did not cause any of these problems.

This is a great property. Friendly staff very clean. The only complaint I have is the beds are not very comfortable. We woke up everyday to our back and body killing us. Once we got in the shower and loosened them up it was fine. That’s not going to stop us from staying again everything else was great!

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, Six Flags, and Hurricane Harbor. We loved that the suite had a sleeper sofa, 2 televisions with a list of channels printed for reference, clean indoor pool, and free breakfast.

The hotel staff did provide a reasonable amount of towels for our stay. We had 3 adults and 2 children (they were aware of how many guest were in our room) and they only would give 3 towels and 3 wash clothes. The breakfast was OKAY and included eggs, each morning but no meat such as sausage or bacon. The restroom in the hotel was an extremely tight fit and their was hair left in the shower from the guest before us. Other than that, we had no issues at all.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Had a great breakfast variety!

Unfortunately, we were stuck in a room with no ac our first night. Though we did get switched to a good room the next morning. To be fair though we were too tired to leave the room that night to even advise them. The pool looked really grimey so couldn't take adv of that.

First night - NOONE was available at the Bar/Restaurant area for over 2 hours of total time ... was extremely frustrating after a 10 hour drive to have to leave the Hotel for a meal.

Close to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value.

The pillows were not comfortable. Need a mix of foam filled would be nice. The desk clerk was on the phone, on speaker, during my check in process. It made it hard to communicate. I don’t agree with making a copy of my id and keeping it on file. I did get it back on checkout.

Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating and allowed me to check in early. They also offered me coffee when I left the next morning for the airport. The proximity to the airport made it easy for me to return my rental car and make it to my early morning flight

The room was mostly cool but extremely humid. They were having air conditioner problems.

Nice friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, and standard but good continental breakfast. Close to interstate. Would stay again.

Not enough wash cloths in room and when called for some they brought more towels and when we called again for wash cloths they said we had the max they could give. We had 6 towels and 1 was cloth for 4 people. Was a minor issue but frustrating.
