The rooms were immaculate, reflecting the brand’s commitment to cleanliness and modern design. Each room was equipped with essential amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a plush bed that provided a wonderful night’s sleep. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries, which added a touch of luxury to my experience. One of the standout features of Avid Hotels is their complimentary breakfast. It was refreshing to enjoy a diverse selection of fresh and healthy options each morning. From freshly brewed coffee to delicious pastries and an array of fresh fruits, the breakfast spread catered to all tastes and dietary preferences. The location of the hotel was another major plus. Situated conveniently near major attractions and dining establishments, it made exploring the local area a breeze.

On arrival, I had a nice reception by the night desk (came in around midnight). The room I had contained two queen size beds (I paid for single). It was very spacious and had an excellent, equally spacious bathroom, including a hairdryer (not all hotels offer this consistently in the US). The floor was tiled in a pleasant material, I prefer that over stuffy carpets. The bed felt good to sleep in. This hotel served a hot breakfast which is much welcome when traveling. The shuttle driver was very helpful and took me to the rental car center instead of making me ride a second shuttle from the airport. When he saw me in the lobby area he also approached me and immediately informed me that we were waiting for a second passenger before we could leave. The hotel is located in a business park but with trees surrounding it, so it has a good vibe. I took a walk in the morning around the small area to stretch my legs and felt safe doing so.

When I originally messaged the property through booking.com to ask about a shuttle to the hotel from the airport, they never responded. This lack of communication cost me 23$ as that is the flat rate hotel cabbies charge to go to the hotels. In spite of being called "airport hotels" all the hotels "nearby" are located next to each other in a business park about 7 miles away. So you need a car, cab, or shuttle. The hotel does offer a shuttle on demand (shared with Holiday Inn), so in the morning I could return to the airport without the additional cost. Just ask at reception. As with many US hotels these days, breakfast was served only on throwaway dishes. Air conditioning was an in-room unit and the fan was rather loud even when turned to "off."

I don’t like that they had so much space in the lobby but no washer or dryer for the guests? Also it could definitely use a pool but nothing else you couldn’t get else where. Also we did ask for them to pick up our trash one day at 12pm and when we got back at 3pm I had to remind them and call again that I needed my trash taken out from our room since we were there 4 days.

The hotel was quiet (especially being near an airport), safe, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with the feather pillows. We slept very well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

One of the elevators was broken. All of the hallways and elevators were hot with no air conditioning. However the temperature in the front lobby and rooms were very comfortable . The breakfast was not good at all. We chose to eat elsewhere. I did enjoy the 24/7 coffee.

It was more private and a very welcoming atmosphere. Easy to get around with a friendly staff, it's a more compact hotel but not cramped. The room had plenty of features, just a lit more compact than I prefer but it wouldn't stop me from coming back.

The room I had was a bit too compact for me and I had to maneuver the chair over next to the bed to watch tv and eat sitting up. And the water pressure wasn't as high as I would like but it was sufficient for me. No real complaints, just a couple of minor preferences that really didn't matter overall.

The receptionist when checking in seemed to look down her nose at me and my spouse. We didn't realize his driver license has expired and so he wasn't able to use his card pay, I went to use my and unknowingly used a card I kept locked so it declined, just needed to unlock it and try again. She huffed and puffed like irritated and as if we didn't belong there. It was the second time we've stayed there and we still loved it

Breakfast was everything we needed, and I really enjoyed the availability of coffee 24/7. The beans are ground in the machine as it makes your coffee and it was flavorful. The hotel was very quiet and clean. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash prefilled in the shower.

There were only two bath towels in the bathroom – not enough for the number of guests. It was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel was very clean and coffee was available around the clock. The mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on (looking up the brand and style). My husband agreed!!

The shower wasn't very strong and the room was not very big. The shower was a decent size though.
