I loved that it was clean, staffed with people working hard to make it sparkle, and exactly what I expected. Nice and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the gym facilities were wonderful.

As I left the hotel, I let the front desk know that I would be dropping off my rental car and going to the airport to catch a shuttle back to the hotel. I was told to just give them a call once I reached the airport. After calling the hotel, I waited for an hour, then called again. I was told the driver had been out on another run, but he would send someone right away. After nearly an hour and a half, a van arrived, but since it was 9:50 pm, I had no chance for dinner because nearby restaurants closed at 10pm.

Location was convenient to downtown, about a 10 minute drive with light traffic. Good breakfast & comfortable beds.

The guy working the counter was sitting in the office picking his nose🤢We had dirty bedding on there pull out bed

The breakfast was good. Wide selection and someone was checking to make sure items were stocked. Area was clean. Room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Very quiet. Nice shower with plenty of hot water! Check in staff was friendly and quick.

Really can’t complain about anything other that our television “had no signal” which for us wasn’t a big deal, but might have been to someone else.

Welcome concierge had very good customer manners, he was very pleasant. Morning breakfast staff were very nice and they have good customer’s manners. Food was good and very clean.👏👏
