We had a bad experience the previous night at a different hotel, so we decided to switch hotels and the receptionist at this Holiday Inn was amazing! They let us swim until our room was ready as we were from out of town and had no where else to go or put our stuff. The hotel was clean, offered 2 bathroom, and even showed us rooms to help suit our family. Highly recommend!

Key card kept disconnecting from being too close to our phones. Just think they should mention that at check in so it doesn't happen as often.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very helpful, and the room was really nice. There are a lot of options for food and connivence, so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.

Someone or multiple people kept going in and out of their room. The doors slam loudly if you don’t hold onto the door as you’re closing it. They did this for a solid 2-3 hours, until about 2:30 am. It woke me up and then kept me awake.

Staff was absolutely fabulous.

Hallways above and around atrium and pool were very dark and could be rather intimidating. The property is ideally located for Women’s NCAA Softball World Series. With that said, it really needs upgrading or demolished and rebuilt.

I would have given 10* but only gave 9. I booked the deluxe suite which we always do but this time it only had one bathroom. Usually it gives me two bathrooms and a door to separate the two rooms.

The pull out couch is VERY uncomfortable. Pleaseeeee change those out.

I had to pay a $50 deposit that was not mentioned when I booked the hotel. The bath stopper was broke we couldn’t even let the water out of the bath. There were only 3 items available for the breakfast and I paid extra for it.

Liked pretty much everything about my stay except the breakfast. The buffet was ok, but not as good as I was expecting in comparison to other IHG hotels & other hotels I've stayed in. Also, I was surprised that the breakfast was not included in my reservation.

I liked the location, the layout of the hotel and the amenities.

My only dislike was being on the first floor, being their for a work/school function we were next to the pool and some of the main things(not really their fault) but also the ac, when it would kick on or off it would wake us up everytime it did.

Checking in was super easy, and the location to the highway was great because I was stopping through on my travels down south. I loved that there was a restaurant in the hotel and they delivered to my room. I was quick, easy, and comfortable.

nothing, everything was great, even checking out was quick and easy, no complaints at all.

Breakfast was cooked by well qualified cooks, the temperature of breakfast was great and the taste was wonderful.

The staff lady checking us was not very friendly, to neutral tone no eye contact.

Everything was great except.for.the smell of weed I'm the hallways.
