Location and employees so amazing

The beds suck, I wish it didn’t feel like sleeping on concrete , every one of these same hotels across America have beds that feel like your sleeping in the ground , yall need comfortable mattresses so when travelers come through they sleep good !! And our bathroom water pressure sucked and the bathroom wasn’t clean , also our room smelled like mold !

Very safe area. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean. Very comfortable beds. The TV was great. Iron and ironing board in room. Microwave and refrigerator in room. There is a coffee machine in the room. Desk and chair in room. The pool was cold for my liking. But the hot tub was wonderful! The seats were low, so it actually got your shoulders and neck. The temperature was great! Breakfast was better than most. Cheese omelet, egg white omelet, turkey sausage patties, and regular sausage. They also had pancakes and biscuits and gravy. They had toast and cinnamon rolls. Yogurt and cold cereal and juice and coffee. Also, a few other things. It's definitely not restaurant quality, but it's good for hotel fare. They have a nice fitness center. Front desk staff were friendly and nice. We'd definitely stay here again when we head back home in 2 weeks.

There really isn't anything I didn't like. It was very nice!

The Selection

I think that the Young Cook was overwhelmed by the early Construction Workers. We got there at 7 and there was only 1 vegetable and 2 Cheese in the Heating Pan and 6 or 8 people to eat. The Bacon was very very Undercooked. Not good to eat little cooked Pork products. She needed Help or better training. The last time we were in Yukon the Black Cook was excellent and even was out Talking to her Customers.

I would totally recommend this place! It's new, the rooms are clean. I love that the tub has wide rims to place stuff on. There's shelves in the bathroom so the sink isn't cluttered. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great! Sausage eggs and much much more!!! The area was great too, lots of restaurants and shops all less than a mile away. Your also right off the interstate. I would certainly stay here again.

The beds were a little hard, but so are most beds in hotels.

The Holiday Inn Express at the Yukon location is exceptional; 10 miles+ to downtown, sufficient parking with lots of lighting throughout, short walking distance to restaurants, nice outdoor mall, Target, Lowes AND an Aldi grocery store is around the corner! The Freeway is less than a .25 of a mile and easy to get to. The hotel facilities are top notch; very up to date, modern simple decor; the room we stayed in was fresh and clean, bright beautiful view of local surroundings, has a mini keurig coffee machine, mini fridge, iron/ironing board. The beds are modern, extremely comfy and fresh bedding and a flat screen TV. The Bathroom is modern with plenty of clean, fluffy towels and, can I just say...the soap hardware feature is the BEST IDEA EVER...they keep the hand soap and haircare contained. The Dove skincare line is an awesome automatic win for me. The lobby is well designed for many patrons to sit and the breakfast area is well stocked, there's even a 24 hr access refrigerator of healthy foods, drinks and microwaveable items...very nice touch! The employees are cheerful, very professional and knowledgeable and ready to help. I find this location is  perfectly located and priced well! I can't say enough!

The a/c unit...the temperature was too cold, you can't adjust the temperature...however, If you just switch on the fan feature (not the a/c) you get air circulation which will help greatly. Fortunately, the room wasn't warm and humid despite the very warm weather. The first night my husband and I stayed, it was brutally cold, but we figured with just the fan on, we slept very well. I dont really watch TV, however, my husband does, lol. You can't get Netflix or YouTube, etc or cast from a  phone or smart device. You're relegated to watching cable TV, i.e. local news.

The staff were so friendly and helpful when people started smelling someone smoking on our floor! They got right to work finding the people who were doing it, but not sure they were ever able to find the culprit because the entire floor reared of cigarette smoke!

That as the front desk was being told that someone was smoking on that floor, and told the whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke, we were sent to that floor as our room was located there. Then we were immediately called and reminded that smoking was not allowed in the rooms. I assume because that’s how they were trying to handle the issue.

I really was shocked at how clean the hotel was. The rooms were larger, the beds comfortable. The parking was in front of the hotel, the area is great & safe. It is in Yukon, so many restaurant’s within 4 minutes, about 30 mins from down town okc-bricktown.

Great staff clean room the pool and hot area was clean. The dove products in the bathroom was a very pleasant surprise

Clean, wonderful and courteous staff. Amenities were great. This is no lie, I was so relaxed and comfortable that I slept 12 hours!!! I haven't done that in YEARS!!

Hmmm, did not like?. Well I guess that I couldn't stay longer. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The manager on duty ( Anthony) was amazing! I drove 13 hrs straight that day, and could barely remember my name, and Anthony was extremely patient and accommodating This place was a well oiled machine and I will be back!!
