The location was perfect for us. Elizabeth, the front desk manager working in the evening was amazing. She was very warm and comfortable to talk to. We had a nice conversation when we checked in about our plans to go wedding dress shopping for my daughter. Four days later she still remembered our plans and asked me if the dress shopping was successful. She was genuinely happy for us that we were able to find a dress. She was so awesome I even showed her pictures.

While the outside facade of the hotel was nice, it didn’t seem very well maintained and is seriously outdated. The pool was half full and green. I understand the pool is seasonal so it wasn’t open yet but a cover on it would have been nice since it looked disgusting. The beds were comfortable but only full sizes so it was not too great for two adults. There were only a handful of outlets in the room and none of them were easily accessible for charging electronics. With four adults in the room we had 4 phones and watches, a laptop, and iPad so it wasn’t very convenient. I did have to crawl under the table to reach one of them and unplug the bedside lamp to use that one as well.

The room was clean, beds was very comfortable, and just like the pics. The staff was wonderful. They made it feel like home. I went to stay two nights, and then ended up staying six nights. It felt like home away from home. Breakfast was good and we had waffles on Saturday and Sunday. That was a great treat. You are located around a lot and close to the highway. I will definitely stay there and recommend it to others.

Only that waffles weren't served every day or at least every other day. Bigger cups for juice and milk. I would like apple juice.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable and there were enough pillows. Close to the Wake Forest Surgery center which is why we were there.

Strong smell in the lobby and hallways. Not sure what the smell was but it was unpleasant. Wanted to check out in the morning and get a receipt but no one ever came to the front desk, and we didn't have time to wait. Corners of the room could have been a little cleaner and the mattress protector was dirty.

The locations was great,everything was near..the breakfast was good the room was big enough.

In my case I felt that they did not treat me courteously when I checked in and out and even in a bad way they let me know about the security deposit. As an observation, there were guests before me and they kindly had their questions answered with the answer to when they would get their money back. In general the room was clean with some exceptions.

The waffles at breakfast were great. All of the other food was cold. The location was great; not too far from the Convention Center.

The slip-resistant stickers were removed from the tub in Room 306 and the tub was extremely slippery. I fell and hurt my knees during my visit and I just had two total knee replacements in the past two years. I told two different workers at the desk about but they DID NOT SEEM to care at all.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Well worth the price. Breakfast was great and had waffles on the weekend which was a great treat. I went to stay two nights, by the end of the stay it was six nights I stayed. The staff made it feel like home. I will definitely stay again and recommend for others.

Rooms were large and provided facilities that satisfied our need. Beds were comfortable, clean and enjoyed. Location was adequate, with eating outlets nearby with a short cpar journey. Breakfast was adequate with limitations

Hallways were looking tired. Traffic noise heard as room on Interstate side. Breakfast options were minimal - lacked bread or suitable bagels. When requesting if English Tea was available, response was poor - Thats it, take it or leave it attitude.

Nice sized remodeled room on top 6th floor. Had mini-fridge and microwave as well as office area with large table desk and chair. Had really good lighting options and TONS of outlets including USB ports and extra outlets in desk

Almost all lights were controlled by 1 switch near the door which also controlled the entry area lights ...so you could not turn off the entry light without turning off lights you wanted to keep on. .. We also had a couple of people across practicing band music on tubas for about an hour ...before 9.30pm

While I missed the carpeting they had the last time I was there the rooms are always beautifully done and immaculate. There is a delicious variety for the complimentary breakfast and the staff is kind, knowledgeable and attentive without disrupting the vacation your there to relax and enjoy.

Property was good.

Breakfast was OK. There was sliced bread for toast. The pork sausage looks like it had been boiled instead of fried the scrambled eggs definitely look like they came out of the box, but it was OK.
