There was no breakfast

Our second night the room was small cigarette holes in the sheets and holes on the chair door stops falling off the wall hot water took a while to heat up told front desk and she said so what do you want me to do ps a/c -heater making a noise

This hotel met my needs and there were no issues with the hotel. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and the hotel had significant security measures, like plexiglass protecting the lobby counter.

Clean and nice especially for the price. Will book again.

Housekeeping was a little rude and came in the room and started removing bedding while we were gathering our things. I felt a little rushed , like my privacy was violated.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Staff wasn't very friendly. My family was awakend during the night by kids screaming and running up and down the hallway and this went on for over an hour.

The rooms are a nice size. It is very close to people I was visiting. Beds are pretty comfortable.

Too much light shining through the window at night. House keeping could do a better job at cleaning.

Everything about the place was fine. Except the guy checking in, he was rude as hell. Like I was bothering him.

Room was large & comfortable.

Toilet didn't flush well. For same or lower price, other hotels/motels included a hot breakfast. Versus having to locate a place to eat & waste that time that could be spent getting the remainder of time to get to our final destination.

Spacious rooms, always clean, reasonable price, no complaints

Elevator needs work, other than that, I always have a clean, comfortable experience being there. My go hotel for sure.

The room have a good space and the beds is comfortable to me, The staff people was very friendly and kind.

the service tv was terrible always had problems with the signal, the coffee was cold.

I liked the wifi speed. The beds were not super hard. The AC worked pretty well. The staff was incredibly friendly! The tub once I got a stopper had plenty of hot water. The room was cleaned daily and it FELT clean.

You need a drain plug for your tub, I’m a bath guy. Please put an alarm clock in the room. Some complementary pastries in the morning would be nice. I had some neighbors screaming at each other the first night at 2:30AM for hours
