It was close as well as very safe traveling with family. Lobby area as well as the breakfast area was clean . The hot tub and pool was very clean as well . They keep the hallways so hot . It was over 80 degrees in the hallways . That the only thing I didn’t like . House keeping was very professional and made sure the rooms stayed clean and that’s what I love the most. Also had lots of parking and the property had great lighting as well for your safety.

The temperature they keep the hallways was very uncomfortable. When you had to leave your room as well as coming back to your room . Just was to warm for me .

I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Increased security measures are needed to prevent overnight theft, such as the recent theft of my car's windshield wipers. 2. The building could benefit from an additional elevator to reduce wait times. 3. Extending breakfast hours until 10 am would be more convenient for residents. 4. Installing more washers and dryers would greatly enhance the laundry facilities.

The continental breakfast was really good, the area was clean and the food was well prepared. The location was excellent as it was direct entry from the freeway. I usually stay at this same location and the check in process has been good. My only complaint is I've been assigned the exact same room each time and you can hear kids jumping.

I would like a different room & kids not jumping in the middle of night would be much appreciated.

Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean. Housekeeping took care of what we asked them to and left alone the bed like we asked them to.

The only problems I had were the elevator sounds, the smells, and the bathroom lights. The elevator sounded like it would stop working at any moment, possibly even break and fall. The elevator, the 4th floor hallway, and the room smelled musty and really gross. The room only smelled mildly musty (which we were able to get used to and not notice after a few minutes being in the room each time), while the hallway was overwhelming musty with a mix of other scents I couldn't identify or describe other than not good. The elevator was less musty smelling than the hallway but it was a different mix of musty scents then the hallway. The lights over the mirror in the bathroom in our room flickered and some of them went out, which more annoying than anything else.

I liked the location and easy access to the interstate. Great breakfast options although a more accessible breakfast attendant would have been nice.

What I don’t like about the property was that it was not secure. A companions tennis shoes were stolen by a vagrant whom did not have a room and also helped themselves to a free breakfast as well.

The extra sofa bed was awesome and very accommodating for my family for the 2 rooms side by side with extra door linking the rooms together for the 3night stay. It was indeed a wonderful. experience. My kids loved it.

The rugs or carpet need to be shampoo and install air freshener round the premise.

Love how the housekeepers attend to our needs when we ask for extra towels we’re so friendly and clean our room during our stay, front desk manager that was on duty at the time of my arrival was helpful too.

That there were not enough toiletries like body soap but other than that everything was okay

Very spacious rooms that were clean and everything worked. I also loved the coffee maker and nice size television. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.

The continental breakfast food was not to my liking. The little sausages were undercooked one morning and the bacon was way undercooked the 2nd morning. The bagels, juice and waffle makers were all excellent.

Staff (front desk, cleaning, and breakfast) were all very friendly and helpful! Saw lots of smiles, which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the extra space in the suite. Enjoyed the hot tub. Appreciated seeing a lift for those who need extra assistance getting into the pool.

Pool was smaller than expected from the photos, but we were grateful it was opened and temp was nice. Parking was a little crowded. Spaces were always available, though often further away from entrances.

Staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and quick, room was refreshed every day.

The WIFI was a bit spotty at times but all you need to do is refresh and it should work.
