Honestly we were a little disappointed with breakfast. Not a big fan of breakfast sandwiches. However the omelettes were very good. The staff was terrific and the pool was very clean and pleasant. The room was amazing! Even with a dishwasher! Quite large and comfy. And having a bar on site was a big plus.

As I stated above, breakfast was lacking. Hot water for tea was tepid and I had to ask for black tea. Tea in the room was much better. However, the lemon lime water was a nice treat.

The location is great and is close to Virginia Tech and main Street. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was way below standards. The hotel was out of juice, only had a choice of cereal, an overcooked breakfast burrito, or waffle. The King suite had dirty dishes in the dishwasher from previous occupants, no hand or face soap in the bathroom, and only 1 hand towel 2 wash clothes, 2 bath towels. We expected more from a top hotel brand.

The location was really good. There is a supermarket (Kroger) behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff was kind during my stay. The room was big and comfortable. Thanks to all staff!

The breakfast probably had little variety and lacked healthy and natural options like fruits, eggs, natural juice, or granola. The cleaning service hours were confusing.

I liked most everything. Especially location. The TV was nice. I could watch YouTube/Netflix.

My room smelled a bit stale but not awful. It was on 1st floor next to outside door. The door noise woke me up and became annoying every time it closed. Breakfast was limited, but fortunately, I'm not a big breakfast person. Other than those, I enjoyed everything about the room.

Excellent location next to Blacksburg ! New and modern rooms, very clean and spacious. Several shops and restaurants in walking distance and short drive /walk from Blacksburg old down. Parking around the hotel, easy and available

Breakfast was very limited and on our first morning everything was finished by 8:30 am when we got to our breakfast....

Staff was great all around.

The only thing I didn't like was that guests were smoking cigarettes on the patio. Being there with my 6 month old, I couldn't sit outside in the morning because of people smoking cigarettes. When we left someone else was right outside the lobby doors smoking while sitting on the bench. I think they should enforce the no smoking within so many feet of the building. It's not fair that nonsmokers and babies can't enjoy the outdoor facilities.

I was visiting for my nephew's high school graduation. The hotel is super close to my brother's house, and it was so clean. I also loved having a gym open 24 hours. The breakfast was a notch above the usual breakfasts at this level of hotel. Fantastic! Thank you!

At the price point, I really can't think of anything to improve.

Clean, stylish, family hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable with small kitchen inside. The property also has washing machine and dryer which is great for family in a long trip. Breakfast was included and it was very tasty.

Great hotel in close proximity to area restaurants and shops and even a movie theatre within walking distance! One can also easily walk to downtown and Virginia Tech Campus from the hotel. Nice amenities and great customer service at the front desk!

Elevator floor could have been cleaner but overall property was well maintained and had good amenities and much to offer.

Few obvious broken things needed to be fixed in the room. Missing bedding for sofa bed. Empty bottles in bathroom and no extra roll toilet paper ready available. However everything was addressed promptly.
