As always, we stay at the Hilton when we are skiing granite. We like to stay here, because the higher price kind of keeps out a lot of Riff raff. It is always clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent. I have no complaints about the hotel itself. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant seems to have lost a little quality. We got some dirty dishes, and there were bugs and dust and stuff in our water. But that was probably just because those containers probably just hadn't been used in a while. Just needed a rinsing. No big deal. I'm usually not one to complain, but that was my experience. Not really complaining. All the staff was really helpful and friendly. We came late, so the food on the buffet line was a little bit on the older side, but like I said we came late so I don't complain. Last weekend we stayed at another hotel in wausau, and it was yet another reminder why I like the Hilton the best.

The rooms are spacious and clean with tall ceilings. The staff is beyond accomodating and helpful. The pool and hottub are a godsend after a day of skiing. The breakfast is well worth it and the restaurant would be successful as a stand alone...delicious.

I have a single minor suggestion....With the spaciousness of the rooms, the closet space and baskets and shelving are great, but I wish there were additional hooks on the walls in the room. This would help immensely, especially in the winter time for the all of the skiing coates, hats, gloves, and gear to allow them to hang and dry.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very roomy & comfortable.

Restaurant was way overpriced for the offering, especially for breakfast brunch on Sat/ Sun, for what they offered. Not much more than what you get for free at other hotels. Very disappointing!

Excellent place for families also trip with friends. Very clean modern style place, food was excellent, stuff super nice and helpful. Was no problem with anything.

Food and drinks at the Van Acre are fantastic in the evenings Swimming pool is very good Quiet room Customer Service in the reception, in special Nancy, is awesome

It would be nice if the GYM would have more equipment It would be great if the service during breakfast is faster. After the buffet set up was removed, it take ages.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, especially Seth, was outstanding. The cleanliness of room and facility was excellent. Mattresses were very comfortable and room was spacious. Easy to access from the interstate. Loved the exercise room, hot tub and swimming pool. The fireplaces and couches in the lobby and the restaurant/bar contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. Huge windows in the lobby, swimming pool, restaurant and room added to the ambience. Overall excellent stay!

Being it's so close to the interstate there is bit of road noise in the room.

Booking.com reservation had not gone through to the hotel. So when I arrived there was no room held for me.
