Very nice hotel but there was a cockroach in my bathroom! The hotel responded very quickly and upgraded our room which was very nice of them.

The team for breakfast had no idea how to control people coming for their breakfast! It was absolute madness! I went for breakfast at 9am and I was told I had to wait 30 minutes….30 minutes….how stupid; especially when I can see tables were empty.

Hotel was beautiful. All the facilities were first class and so were the staff! The hotel is located beside the beach in a quiet area of Pattaya but only minutes away from entertainment.

It could have been a bit cleaner, I pulled back the mattress looking for my second room key before check out and found it was very dirty , ear buds and other nasty stuff

Other guests and their lack of hygiene at the breakfast buffet. Kids should not be serving themselves, the waste of food and mess they made each morning especially at the drink station as they were getting their own drinks. Adults taking food from the buffet and putting it into plastic bags. Staff need to mandate this as this is a safety risk.

Location is perfect, the beach is just across the street,, the hotel offer beach towels at the security cabin The walk to Terminal 21 is less than 10 minutes I haven't tried the breakfast or the pool so I can't comment on that, but the hotel itself feels premium and it matches the Amari high standards

The bathroom is integrated to the room in a nice way but it has a huge flaw, the toilet has a glass wall (a huge one) but it only has blinds/blades kind of curtain which is perfect for privacy but horrible to keep the light out,, then the toilet has it's own door but it's a glass door & to make it worse it has like a 2 feet gap at the top When the sun is up it gets super bright inside and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, even at night it won't become pitch black. so, if you're the kind of person who has to have a dark room to stay asleep, stay away from this kind of room

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to impeccable service by the friendly and attentive staff. Our room was spotlessly clean with breathtaking ocean views that took our breath away each morning. The amenities were outstanding - the pool was refreshing, the restaurant served delicious authentic Thai cuisine for breakfast. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to both beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife. What truly made this stay special was the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel experience. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect!

At 09:30 hrs Sunday Oct8,2023 I and my daughter are going to swim at water pool but one of your security guard ask us to leave from the pool due to I am from Casar (or another name) then I dont know why, I want to know why he did like this. Make me angry a lot I am stay for 2 nights at 3404 the suit rooms. Please investigate what happen I will review this bad thing again.

The beach is right across the street and a lot of different restaurants and some street food is close by. The hotel is just north of the chaos of the beach walk which is crazy at night. They gave me a nice upgrade with a beautiful view of the beach and bay and the room was very spacious.

The hotel chain is very focused on families with children with lots and lots of kids. The pools are split to a kids pool with lots of fun and adult pool which has kids in it too. It would be nice to be kids free because they have plenty of pool. There is only the pool bar and the drinks were horrible!

The standard of the hotel was exceptional. The facilities were also great. The pool and bar overlook the beach which is just across the road. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from Pattaya Central

The cost of the hotel is getting more expensive to stay at.

Amari Resort Pattaya is one of the most beautiful places I stayed with my family in Thailand Pattaya, a hotel that has all the services with high specifications and cleanliness that exceed all the hotels in the area, I visited it in the summer of 2022 with my family of two adults and three children, you find in the resort all the services and I will mention whatcaught our attention and made us stay in it: 1- The swimming pool is large and has water games suitable for children and adults. 2- there are also three playground which one of them is closed area with air conditioning. 3- Amari resort facing the sea and has a private area in it. 4- Its proximity to the three largest malls in Pattaya. 5- They pay great attention to hygiene and follow safety guidelines. 6- The staff is very nice and helpful, especially with children. 7- Breakfast is varied and delicious. 8- incect free, which amazed me. 9- sound proof rooms with quait environment and high quality building construction. 10- Top notch and very beautiful landscaping. 11- Elegant furniture with high standards maintenance. There are many excellent things to say which make me speechless, I can only say that after 20 years of my frequent visits to Pattaya and the variety of hotels and resorts I tried, I can only say that Amari Resort is the most beautiful and best choice for me and my family, and I advise all my friends and everyone who reads this comment to try it and they will definitely be addicted to it.
