Great location for a variety of venues I wanted to visit with easy access from the A303 main road. The staff are polite and helpful, the breakfast plentiful and being a Sunday I could eat at my leisure in peace and quiet. Despite being off a main road the room was comfortable and a good night’s sleep was easily had.

No bottled water available in the room is a big let down. I can go to the service station and buy my own bottle but for the pennies it cost I think IHG miss a customer comfort trick here. Apparently a bottle of water is only available in the family rooms 🤪

Everything. Reception staff made us feel immediately comfortable. Room was immaculate, decor was plesant, fresh clean towels, bathroom was exceptionally clean. A little note in bathroom saying if we had forgotten any toiletries etc shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush they would gladly bring to us free of charge. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing all you can eat buffet. Staff at the restaurant were amazing, helpful, asked if we had any special dietary requirements. Tables, cutlery clean. Selection of foods amazing. Overall would recommend 👌 to anyone.

Honestly nothing

My wedding party was accommodated for dinner at short notice. (16 of us!) Food was severed hot, and the manager and wait stuff were all smiles, although I am sure its the last thing they needed as they had another group booked in already. Fantastic check in ladies too! Night and afternoon shift :)

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with breakfast, we only got food for the first day. There was an issue on our last morning for one of the rooms but we were given a discount on the price.

Perfect location for my trip to Stonehenge. Genuinely friendly staff in all areas. Super clean room, comfy bed, lovely shower and fluffy towels. excellent breakfast

Evening food was very disappointing, lacklustre and expensive options. I had a chicken burger which was almost inedible, I was offered a free dessert and then the cost of the burger was refunded. Handled by the staff very professionally. Probably wouldn't recommend eating there though as there are other food outlets around the hotel

The staff were exceptional. Right from our arrival we were welcomed by the receptionists with cheerful and friendly greetings; they made eye contact, were helpful and efficient and made us feel that they were happy to help. We had the same experience at the restaurant that evening and for breakfast both days. The lady who welcomed us in and showed us to our table looked after us very well and all the staff serving were friendly and very helpful.

Excellent service with a lovely staff, very close from the highway and to visit Stonehenge and other places in the region. Very good buffet to have breakfast. The room was very quiet and good size. Tea and coffee in the room.

Shower in our room 316 needs to renewed taking into consideration that this is for person with disabilities. Button for the light switch for the bathroom at the entrance of the room but not in the bathroom.

Check in was great, the room was clean, and the staff could not do more to help us. The room facilities were fine, we had not booked a disabled room but got one anyway after mentioning our disabilities. The Asian-inspired food in the hotel restaurant was excellent (weeping tiger and chilli-udon noodles)

The flush on the ensuite toilet was very weak and ineffective, the bed sagged towards the middle, and the pastries at breakfast were overcooked. The ham and mushroom pizza was excessively salty

The shower cubicle in accessible room 316 could do with a fold down seat to making showing with disabilities easier.

The shape of the building. We had a ground floor room which was very helpful. The restaurant was very good spacious. Table staff were very nice friendly. Also only 3 miles to visit Stone henge.

I found the mattress too hard. It caused my arthritis in my hip to play up. I was limping until pain meds took effect. I booked an executive room but didn’t see any dressing gowns as advertised.

Room was excellent, had all that was required, and was quiet. Great range of choice for breakfast, also making your own toast from an uncut loaf, so could cut desired thickness and a hot toast! Helpful staff. Convenient location with lots of free parking.
