We were supposed to stay for 6 noghts only, but since everything was just perfect we extended for 1 more night. The location, the free shuttle rides to and from the 4 major attractions in Yas island. And the walkable distance to basically the whole island. The staff’s were all very accomodating. And the room service was very respectfull and trust worthy. Thanks again Centro Yas Island Rotana.

It would be great if there was a lady roomm service to make up our room. My wife was not so comfortable having cleaning guys. But all is good.

Great small hotel, basic facilities done very well. Rooms are small but well equipped, it has a decent room service, great breakfast and you can use the facilities at the hotel next door. Very quiet location.

We were given smoking rooms initially, despite me stating specifically that this wouldn't be acceptable. This was rectified immediately though with no issues

As our hotel was being upgraded and was closed, we were put in the Rotana which was excellent. From arriving and being welcomed by the valet, assisting with our luggage and checking in, all was very smooth. All staff were very polite and eager to help with taxi to the venue and anything else we required. At checkout, I really liked that they checked we had all our luggage, passports, wallets and documents as a final check. Will def be staying here again.

I stayed with my mom at Centro Yas Island -by Rotana, Abu Dhabi, for more than a week in Dec 2023. We were amazed with the warmth, kindness, and the exquisite decor. The breakfast buffet had an amazing spread, catering to all tastebuds, and we loved that time the best, with sunlight slowly seeping across the horizon and into the breakfast hall. At the restaurant, all the staff were very helpful, especially Cyril, Hanif, Achraf, chef Sumod, and Ren. The one person who went out of his way to make our life less stressful was Mohammed from the Reception team, who helped us with some last-minute changes with our booking at another Rotana, and rang us up few days later to check if all went well. Mr.Rauf was very attentive and courteous and made sure our travel plans were on the dot. The room boys were very supportive, and helped my mom in arranging some crucial items when I was busy with work. Overall we are very thankful for the comfortable stay and memories created, and is definitely returning sometime soon!

Location is great! Hotel staffs are all approachable & caring.

Restaurant is a little chaotic & disorganized... the small bowl to be used for porridge & beans are nowhere. You have to look for it.. instead, it should have been stored just below where the porridge & beans are. Also, spoons cannot be easily found & not readily available. Better to just place it at the table together with the fork & knife. Restaurant staffs must keep on checking what items are no longer available, such as glasses, water, etc... they're ok generally...

Great facilities, great shuttle bus to get around and great staff. Access to Yas Beach a bonus - this was within walking distance. Well placed for the Marina and the Mall. Relaxing stay, good gym and could use partner hotel facilities next door. Breakfast was lovely with many options. Staff particularly helpful, especially Cyril at breakfast where nothing was too much trouble. Naeyim (sp?) also very helpful on arrival and throughout stay. A very welcoming place.

Good location for all the facilities of Yas Island. Supermarket within walking distance and sports bar in the main Rotana hotel. Room was modern and aircon worked well. Standard size for a chain hotel. Nice pool and gym facilities. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced.

TV didn't work, engineers spent 40 mind trying to get it working, at which point we asked them to leave as we wanted to get some sleep. We had a really late flight, 2am. They sorted our luggage but didn't offer any option for late checkout etc. We sat in reception and got told off when we fell asleep. When we used the free beach pass it says free towels but arriving at Yas Beach we were told the hotel needs to provide them, so ended up having to pay for towels. The free shuttle is unreliable and there a large queues for a small mini bus. Breakfast is awful, very bland and tasteless.

The location is good if you want to entertain yourself with theme parks, to visit Yas circuit, Sea world Also is close to Louvre museum, Abrahamic house The hotel is not so big, so its not too crowded, it has comfy swimming pool and free laundry

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Abu dhabi, so for us everything is good

The receptionists were good, professional, and polite specially the room service team.

The bell boy with glasses. Just didn't like how he was poking his nose in affairs that had nothing to concern him. I also warned him that he should stop, and I wasn't in a mood to go back and forth with him as I was with my family, but he insisted. Unprofessional of him.

Breakfast is amazing , ( especially if paid for at check in with discount ; good price ), staff are excellent

It’s a shame that the deli shop has gone and, more importantly the bar with bar snacks … that used to be great but now it’s necessary to go to the Yas Island Rotana for a bar which can be very noisy . The bar snacks at Centro used to be excellent
