Location is amazing, right on the creek, with superb views. The creek boats (abras) which charge 1 dirham to go across to the other side are just opposite the hotel. The metro station is 5 minutes walk and the Naif market 10 minutes. Taxis are easy to get from the hotel as well. Breakfast was tasty and they had a fairly good selection, but the only fresh fruit was watermelon. Rooms are comfy but a bit small, I think they squeezed 4 beds into a 2 sleeper, but we managed - Those with longer stays may not. wifi was super quick

The towels provided in the room were less and the next day after cleaning, it was less again. A bit irritating when they know how many are occupying the room and you have to keep asking for the right amount of towels. Pillows were a bit too soft for our liking Our room a/c could only used on the coldest setting and could not be adjusted, so we had to keep putting it off and on. I think it made us a bit sick because it was too cold. The rooftop pool closes at 6pm which is a shame as you are forced to swim during the heat of the day and cannot use it in the cooler evening hours, this is big oversight from management

Everything is great ,we will recommend anyone to choose this hotel if you want to venture out and do some local shopping, everything is near gold souk walkable distance ,metro,day to day supermarket.,even to recharge your mobile Ali is the best thing you should say that happened to us,he was always there smiling and always ready to help anytime, not to forget he even gave us a late check out and upgraded our room to suite Anyone going there do ask for him ,he will make your stay 5 star plus with his politeness, smiling and welcoming vibe always Thank you Ali For making our stay memorable

My stay at Best Western Plus in Dubai was truly enjoyable. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, equipped with all the amenities one could need, and these were replenished daily without fail. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. The hotel’s location is its standout feature—just a few minutes from the metro station, surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops, with a vibrant atmosphere that lasted past midnight. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and both check-in and check-out processes were seamless. Additionally, the rooftop view was breathtaking, adding a special touch to the overall experience.

The only downside of my stay was the elevators. There were frequent delays, with wait times of 5-7 minutes being common, which was frustrating. Out of the three elevators, one appeared to have technical issues, as it would beep and refuse to move with just four people inside. This inconvenience, though minor compared to everything else the hotel offers, was something that could be improved for a smoother guest experience.

You book a cab even if it's 10 mins fr the hotel Dubai mall or Emirates mall is better by metro, but if you are with more people, then a cab is better At night till 23hr behind our hotel there a restaurant name khatam best food we had so do visit If you need anything electronic there's a shop named Tareeq it's 10 mins walk from the hotel There is a salon for unisex near the hotel in case ladies near relooking Day to day supermarket sells everything you may need for your vacation and the night staff are damn polite and helpful I'm looking forward to be there again with my family as this hotel makes me feel home safe

Good location and nice view from room. room clean and spacious specially house keeping staff Mr. Arafat he is very nice and humble .

I didn't like about the behaviour the pool attendent staff Mr john he is very rude. specially he didn't know how behave with the children. he always busy with his mobile and misbehave with the visitors.

The restaurant staff, Nafees and Suzette, are two very friendly and kind waiters and very polite, when they were on duty it was a pleasure to eat there. Thank youso much both of you.And Mr. Fahad and Mr. Vijay from the restaurant, thank you very much too. The reception staff were not at all friendly during our entire stay, 8 days, they never greeted us, and they never smiled, especially the Lady’s who work there, and if they were on the computer and if you needed something they never looked at you,they talked to you but always looking at the computer. but there is a short man with a mole on his face who deserves my respect, I only have him to thank.

The property is very convient location wise to the market and for exploration; for a person that’s travelling to experience the cultural diversity and cuisine of different taste as well as to see the market variety;this place has the ideal placement and also for transportation as the Union metro station isn’t that far. And Big up to the staff members they were so helpful and efficient in their work; and big big respect for my main man Mr.Ali Hyder at the reception,polite and respectful man; he deserves an much appreciation,cause as a first time traveller and on a solo trip, that man was welcoming from day one of my 5 day stay. The location is perfect, abra boats just few steps away, amazing view from the windows, especially roof, many attractions easy to reach by taxi. The staff was amazing, we booked room 1502 room boy Aquib good cleaning, restaurant's staff Suzzete, Vani, Bhomi, Vinelh, Fahad were attentive and allowed to customize the food according to our taste plus always smiling and ready to assist any issue. The food was great and the portions were really big, if you can't eat spicy food, I recommend to note that when ordering because many dishes were naturally too spicy for us. I would definitely love to repeat our trip to Dubai and choose this hotel for our holiday.
