The most thing that we liked about this hotel is the exceptional customer service, which I personally regard as most important in my stays. This will always be the hotel I’ll choose in Dubai. They were very considerate of our plans and tight schedule. They upgraded my fiancé’s room without any charge and they got him a birthday cake where the staff sang him happy birthday. I’ll have to thank Yadaner in reception for ensuring the best stay and being efficient in answering all our requests, Mehdi in the breakfast was quick in serving us and was very positive, as well as Abdel Jabbar and his valet team for bringing our two cars in no time and with a beautiful service. The employees make the stay worthwhile. They all were there to tell us goodbye when we were leaving. Location is great as well as the cleanliness. Breakfast is also various and they serve all types of coffee.

The design of the rooms are industrial which we didn’t like and wish they looked more like the lobby.

The hotel is nicely furnished and decorated. The staff is fantastic! Very quiet AC in the room which is rare and pleasant! The view is great!

Panoramic windows were dusty and dirty, which is unacceptable for a 5 start hotel with such a high room fare rates! Bathroom has only one hanger, which is not convenient to place all the towels and bathrobes for two persons. No socket in the bathroom to use own hair dryer. The shuttle to Dubai Mall and Kite beach is very old mini bus with old and tired seating - not good for a boutique hotel.

It's the second time we visit Indigo Dubai. First one was on our honeymoon in 2021 and now we decided to come again for my birthday. We absolutely love this place and there are many reasons for this: - Staff is amazing, everyone is kind, smiling and super friendly. Especially Seduan, Ameen at dinner and Pfizo, Hamza at the pool, and many more that we unfortunately cannot recall the names. The management should be proud of the people working there for sure, they're doing great!! - The rooms are wonderful and exceptionally clean! I normally cannot relax at hotels because I feel like the rooms are not clean enough! But here in Indigo I really feel like home, everything is spotless! - You have everything you might need in your room, from iron/ ironing board to toothbrush/toothpaste/ear swabs/cotton pads/ sewing kit. - The pool has a very relaxing vibe, we really enjoy the time there. - Since it was my birthday, the team had prepared a nice decoration with balloons and also send me a sweet treat to our room. By the way they also made sure we get a high floor room as we kindly requested for our stay, which was very much appreciated. - The aroma in the lifts and halls is the best! Very relaxing! Indigo is by far our favorite place to stay and we hope to come again and again! Thank you for everything!

The staff being so friendly, from the moment my taxi pulled Wael greeted me and carried my bags in without even asking, he was so courteous, and the lady at reception was very informative and treated me very kindly. This hotel is beautiful, the restaurant on the bottom floor beside reception is spectacular with amazing views and it just looks amazing. This hotel is literally unbelievable, if you’re reading this review do understand that this hotel is spectacular, so easy to just order a Careem (taxi) to the front door and go to the dubai mall in literally a few minutes. Has an unreal gym, with brand new equipment and the view is unbelievable. Just go! They will not dissapoint.

Not much I didn’t like, if I had to pick one thing it would be the spa being dear.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness and genuine willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out and made our stay memorable. The rooms are simply stunning—spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with an elegant touch of traditional oriental style. Everything was spotless, with attention to detail that showed their commitment to cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was an absolute highlight! The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with fresh and delicious options to suit every taste.

Everything was amazing, room is very big and bright, super clean. Cleaning staff was changing towels and cleaning room every day, breakfast was great and restaurant is opening very early which is great if you have tours booked. Location is perfect, 10min walk to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. Reception is open 24hrs per day, special thanks to Gabga and Noah, they made our stay wonderful, and they are very very helpful, always smiling like everyone else. Wal helped us with our bags even tho we had many of them. View is so nice in the evening, swimming pool and bar great. We will come back for sure!

First of all! I would like to thank the entire Team of Hotel Indigo Dubai for making my stay and sister such an amazing and unforgettable experience! We arrived pretty early from Europe and the hotel at about 7:30am /08:00. We were super early and tired but the person at the reception welcomed us warmly and gave us our room and offered us breakfast with a discount :). We were so so surprised by EVERYONE! We mean EVERYONE! The waitresses, the kitchen people, the in dining room people! EVERYONE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY, we have never seen that before. It’s our second time traveling in Dubai but we’re surprised at the level of hospitality!!! The BEST HOSPITALITY WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND EXPERIENCE! Coming from Europe (Austria and Poland) we never had this type of Hospitality before. Worth every penny we spend! The FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Breakfast had so many options !!! Even vegan!!! A little of Asian too! This was the best hotel ever and we are planning on coming back very soon because of your hotel, we want to come back to Dubai. 10 minutes walk to the mall! Amazing food, the pool is omg amazing! The guys at the pool are super friendly and professional and do their work amazingly!!! The rooms were super CLEAN!!! If we needed anything they brought it to our room within 5 minutes! Everyone was amazing in the restaurant and they would make sure we were happy! We thought how amazing they treated us like Princess :) . This hotel was perfect for me! I was travelling alone and the staff made me feel very welcome, I arrived very early and was very grateful that they let me check in early and gave me a room upgrade. The room was amazing with beautiful views. I was half board and the first night was a buffet for Ramadan which was great, the other 2 nights were a’la carte, with great options! It’s in a great location close enough to attractions, but also far from hustle and bustle. The pool area was perfect and never too busy. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The location is excellent, and so was the room. A little on a smaller side, but had everything necessary. Also liked the fact that it was quiet.

We took half board and the food was not great, especially lunches and dinners. All "hot" food was barely warm, and quality was not great. Breakfast was decent, but cooked breakfast (a la carte) was quite terrible. The breakfast hall was also understaffed and it took ages to get even a cup of tea.
