The room was clean and spacious with plenty of condiments! It had a fab view of the pitch too and was very quiet at night. The food was very good and the buffet breakfast had an excellent choice and was nice and hot. The restaurant staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Blackpool FC did not win their game but there was nothing that the hotel could do about that! The room keys did not work when we returned from breakfast at 10:30 and no apology was given by the staff member we spoke to. The reception staff were professional and efficient but not overly friendly. This could have been improved with a warm welcome to the hotel/Blackpool and asking us about our visit and whether we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, comfy beds and all round great place to stay near centre of Blackpool. It’s approx 25 mins to pleasure beach or the tower so cracking location. Parking was great, we did arrive early as we knew it was going to be busy, but once parked the car stayed there all weekend. The beds were all made on arrival and check in was simple and straightforward. Room was large, overlooking the pitch, will request the same room next time we stay!

Nothing, it was great all round. The only feedback I’d give is for the cleaners to ensure that the shampoo and shower gel stations are filled. Ours were empty but fortunately we’d packed our own.

We had booked a pitch side view, but we're given a normal side room, this was quickly sorted at reception. The view was worth the extra if you are either a Blackpool fan or a football fanatic. It was great to sit and watch the coming and goings of the evening and the following morning the groundsmen sorting the pitch etc, We didn't use the spa or the restaurant so can't comment on that.

Reception staff that greeted us was not very approachable to begin with, and when we went back about the room mishap she wasn't to pleased but did sort it as it was all written on the booking. The TV in the room we stayed in isn't a smart TV with your modern day YouTube and Netflix,

Rooms are good value, clean and a better standard than your regular large chain hotels. Parking is reasonably priced at £10 a day and feels more secure than the public car parks. We did have a problem when returning to our room on our second evening. Neither of our 2 cards would work. Went to reception, although the staff member could see that we were booked for 2 nights he was unable to give us replacement cards as he couldn’t work the card programming machine (he didn’t have the password). He was very polite and tried his best but said he was “agency staff” so couldn’t help. We were told we would need to wait for the night shift worker to come on do couldn’t get into our room or retrieve our belongings. We went to the bar to wait but were refused a drink as they said they had called “last orders”.

The location was excellent. The room was a good size. Great to be able to park close by to the hotel. There was a great selection and choice for breakfast. Good bar as well with a view of the stadium.

I booked a superior room which was good in size but looked very dated. The settee looked like something you'd sit on at your grandparents. The walls could do with a fresh coat of paint and the carpet was like something out of a wetherspoons. It said we should have had bathrobes but there weren't any and I had to change a couple of towels as they were heavily stained. Although the hot breakfast was good the majority of it was barely warm by the time you'd sat down to eat it. Could do with heat from the bottom of the serving counter as well as the top.

Lovely hotel. Pitch side room - amazing view! Very quiet! The whole family slept very well. Good breakfast & restaurant staff were great! However, I felt that the reception staff were very unhelpful. Parking is limited outside the hotel and so I was told to park in the overflow car park across the road. It was not made clear where this was and I ended up with a parking ticket. The receptionist just seemed very disinterested in helping me with my query, did not know what I was talking about and clearly need more training. Otherwise great stay!

The hotel & staff were great. Breakfast was lovely.

When we arrived we paid for parking at the hotel for the private car park across the road. We were then sent a hefty fine which I spent time trying to appeal, even sent a picture of hotel stay confirmation and bank debit whilst paying fees but was told that wasn’t sufficient (there’s no other way to prove!!)and given a reduced parking penalty that cannot be appealed. Essentially it has ended up costing £10 + another £20 just to park our car.

The hotel was very clean and well presented the staff very pleasant and helpful someone there 24 hours a day restaurant was comfortable large selection of breakfast items to choose from well cooked and hot .bar is reasonable prices and meals which were cooked fresh and smelt delicious. Ideal location for South or Central not far from promenade or walk up the carpark to central parking available lovely view of the pitch in pitch view rooms lovely good working shower bath etc we really enjoyed our 2 night stay secure at night intercom to get in .brilliant

Nothing everything was great

- Room was spacious and clean - Staff were really kind and helpful - Breakfast and dinner were amazing - No hassle, nobody comes into your room without you asking - Heating and air conditioning controls in room! - Pitch view from room is super unique! - Noise is minimal We had a great time and just want to thank all the staff for making our trip a great one! Pitch view was definitely a highlight, along with the breakfasts and dinners. Overall would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Amazing staff. 10/10 More than made up for the few things which could be listed as cons. It is always so nice to have positive and professional staff to interact with. Absolutely brilliant - everyone at reception and the restaurant!

1. The free WiFi is a *#@#& JOKE! Every time you try to connect you have to send (your) data to a 3-rd party. Extremely annoying. You cannot afford to do that in 2024! Radisson, we have come to expect better! Yes, you can say - just use 4G/5G. What if you are vising from the EU and data roaming in the UK after Brexit costs an arm and a leg??? You would expect to have some decent connectivity to the Internet in the hotel at least... NOPE!!! 2. Breakfast is just ... okay. Nothing to write songs about. You could use a continental option, not just the UK one.
