One and above all the things which i loved was the host, J. He is such an amazing person with a great sense of humour. He made the environment feel like home. In other words, whichever words I use wouldn't do the justice of how much awesome he made my visit there. And he was the only reason which made me go there again. He is love, and the overall experience was how to say that "LOVE." Plus all the other things like facilities, cleaning and everything which are required for a comfortable and safe stay was 10/10.
I didn’t like this question, which this app is asking "What didn’t you like?".

Location good for the football ground, the beach, food and bars. Facilities are just what you need if you are planning to make the most of your time in Blackpool and just need a place to shower and sleep. Everything is a walk away but bus routes and train station close by. Host helpful and resourceful. Room fine for the price and you are using it just for the basics. Hotel off the main streets so quiet of a night.
I had no problems. I had basic needs and they were met. Will use the place again.

(don't stay here if all you want to have a go about the rundown and tired around-the-edge hotel is not for you ) Sep 11-14 Room 1 on entering my first impression was not good BUT I LOOK PAST the grubby grey carpet (THAT I HAD BEEN TOLD ABOUT TO BE REPLACED A S P )advertised as a double room (moor a single white double bed )with a shared facilities BUT HAD IT OUW TOLILET AND SINK THE SHOWER IS NEXT DOOR and was v clean .as was the room bed and bedding provided of a good standard (the duvet was excellent )tea coffee in room .i am a big and did have to ask for a chair the host gort me one .good old metal one from his own apartment .host very friendly (ON ARRIVAL WAS A BIT OFF AS HE HAD NODDED OFF ON A SOFA IN THE FRONT WINDOW ON A SUPRISLEY SUNNY DAY )overall a great stay for the £
door to the toilet opens onto the toilet (easy fix reverse hinges to open in way l to r )

Beds very comfortable didn't want to get up in the morning. clean everywhere and tidy and fresh bedding and towels. tv was good size and got to watch at night before sleeping also in the morning. nice hot shower and fresh water feeling from the sink taps to make cuppa teas etc. enough room for what it states family room of 5. Didn't smell room was easy to get to just some stairs so homely feel. owners welcoming and friendly nothing to much helpful and outgoing good with the kids as in chatty and friendly ;)
smell comes from bathroom area could do with some gel freshers in there. curtains didn't close all way letting loads of light at the sides when sleeping. no where to put clothes maybe a small drawer or something would be good by the bed and maybe a lamp in wall something like this would be good as its family room annoying putting main light on as can be noisy in the night. tv some of channels never worked.

The owner couldn't have made us feel more welcome nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is going through a period of renovation after a new owner has recently been appointed. The rooms are comfortable and had the basics for a night away. Rooms had tea/coffee facilities, TV sink area and WiFi. Close to the promenade and Blackpool FC. On street parking is limited but a big pay and display car park at the end of the road.

for the money, it's excellent. you can easily pay £100 a night for a very basic hotel room these days- and the Coco Beach, watched over by its proprietor Jay, offers "cheap and cheerful" traditional Blackpool seaside lodgings at their classic best. Don't: expect a private jacuzzi in your room. Do: enjoy a "best of British" seaside getaway without breaking the bank.

From the moment we got there the manager mandy was extremely welcoming couldn't do enough for us the room was fantastic spacious and clean had hot water in the shower and colour TV with remote in our room and with 3 kids at night that TV came in really handy everybody took into consideration the other guests I was really heartbroken to come home tiday made a lovely friend un mandy and her boys were the best couldn't ask for anything more xx
Only problem I had was the front door everytime i went into the bnb the door was heavy snd seemed to slam and I was scared if disturbing other guests but that's it xx

For the price I thought it was excellent value for money. Sure the walls could do with a lick of paint and there was a strange stain on the ceiling but for the price it was better than I expected.
People shouting outside at all hours of the early morning (I was woken up on my first night by someone banging on my door at 4am, and there was some argument going on my last night that woke me up at 2am and at 4am) This of course was beyond staff control.
