Location , nice clean and friendly staff

Wasnt told hotel door was locked at midnight and a code was needed after that time , and we had to knock and ring bell for a while before we got noticed , it was ok in the end and was just an error made when booked in , we know for next time and wouldnt stop us staying again , rooms not easy to find at first could do with better signage maybe ?

Great room, followed are preferences and great breakfasts included. We didn't wait long, perfect quick service, and great food cooked perfectly

Unfortunately, the radiator in the room wasn't working, and no heat was coming from it at all. However, there was an oil radiator, but there wasn't much heat coming from that

Location was great, good value for money, friendly staff

Only breakfast serving was 8.30 am which is extremly early for a eeekend away Rooms were clean however shower took ages to get warm

Breakfast was excellent served daily good choice full English, continental, cereals, fruit juices, kippers ect

The entertainment could have been better.

The location was very good and the ambience was good although not many guests at the time of my stay as hotel was closing to prepare for xmas and new year guests.

The room was small and dated with avocado green bathroom and a tiny outdated TV on the wall.

We enjoyed are stay overall we really do not have anything to complain about and will be visiting your hotel in Blackpool again in the near future.

Parking outside hotel great. Breakfast and dinner very nice. Bed very comfortable.

WiFi a bit hit and miss. No signal for TV to work.

close to work and great value for money

our room was next to a generator which we could hear all night so didn’t sleep too well . when I booked it said sea view room and we were at the back

Location Parking good able to deal with an allergy dining room staff on the ball with dairy allergy alternative milk and butter on table

Requested an accessible room but still had to manage stairs

The room was very clean and the beds so comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly

Had a problem, went to leave the room and unfortunately the lock would not open. Tried calling reception no answer thankfully housekeeping were outside they called maintnenace and had to kick in the door. Myself and 2 daughters were stuck in the room for 20 minutes, i was concerned if there had been a fire we would not of gotten out. To be told by reception the room had only been refurbished 2 days before didnt help the fact that thw lock didnt work
