Hotel was in great position, welcoming staff on arrival, room was lovely and well heated on what was a very cold day. Breakfast was offered as extra and even a room delivered one too, but I didn’t have one.

Didn’t like the fact that they had a car park but wanted you to pay for it, £7 a night it should be free really as it was half empty and it wouldn’t of made a difference to hotel if a car was there or not. But I managed to park behind the hotel in a road with free parking. But I didn’t like the fact they wanted to charge, this will probably make me look else where when I return to Blackpool.

Food choices & quality was excellent. The staff were very helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean & a good size, as it was February the hotel & room was very warm. Bathroom needs an update, but was serviceable Booked a family sea view room & it didn't disappoint. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from all the action. The hotel had entertainment every night. We would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom requires updating. Slight difficulty in trying to manoeuvre a pushchair through parked cars outside front of hotel, don't know how disabled people manage to access the hotel as there are fairly steep steps to entrance.

The room was ready on arrival, when we opened the door to our room there was a lovely sweet smell and beds all made lovely we also had amazing views of the sea, our son came with us he loved sitting by the window looking out at the trams going up and down and the lights. The staff were always helpful and friendly, as our son his autistic when we went for breakfast each morning they put us in a place that was not too loud and our son was happy at all times as parents we struggle to eat out many places with our son as he can't cope with too many people or loud noise. Overall our stay at Tiffany's Hotel was perfect and we will go again as this was our third visit there and never had one problem at all, the price is very reasonable for what they offer. 😀

Well there not alot we did not like but one thing I would like to say the games room some of the machines did not work and some lost singal when playing them and maybe needs upgrading but otherwise our son was happy with the teddy machine 😀

Seagulls were noisy at night so woke us up.little expensive if you dont book evening meal nearly £40 for a couple and pay for it on the day. .room were very warm.even with the window open .and if you slept with it open seagulls were at it all night .bedding wasnt changed when cleaner came and we were there 4 days .could have done with a couple more pillows no option in room to use extra. Room was small .shower not very good runs hot cold when in it .not very good flow.no irion or hairdryer in room led to beleive get them from reception at a cost .overall did what i wanted bed and shower a base .

The staff was really friendly and helpful bar 1 occasion. The games room and quiet room with the TV was also fantastic. The entertainment was good every night and overall a fantastic hotel. The breakfast every morning was also spot on.

Room was like a sauna at times and had to keep adjusting the temperature. The only issue I had really was when I was in the entertainment room on the first day it was pouring down outside. The corner section started to leak. I mentioned it to the bar staff who said its like that in every hotel in Blackpool in front of another visitor who was staying there also. I spoke to the other visitor who was there with his partner at breakfast the next day and laughed about it as he couldn't believe that the bar staff said that the previous day.

The room was fine not very big but only there 2 nights so it was okay the breakfast was nice however very busy and a shortage of cups , small plates which meant the queue was very long at times waiting around a lot

I thought it was rather expensive £222 per couple for a Saturday & Sunday night also they charged an extra £20 per room to check in at 11.30 am instead of 4.00 pm when we stay at premier inn its £10 per room for early check in .Overall we enjoyed our stay just a couple of things could of been better

The check in process was easy, Breakfast was great.Enjoyed the games of bingo at night.

Booked a suite and wasn’t really impressed with what we got for what we paid? £161 with early check in and I think it was worth half of that? Bedroom was directly above the bar and until 12.00am all we could hear in the room was the singer downstairs, people shouting and trying to sing. Radiator in bathroom didn’t work, Sofa in what was the lounge part had sunken in the middle, very old. Didn’t like leaving the car keys at reception as someone had obviously been in the car and moved it and they aren’t covered on our car insurance?

Our room was so lovely, very comfortable and cosy and a lovely view of the beach. Watching the sunset from our room was brilliant. We slept amazing, the hotel is on the quieter side of Blackpool so no disturbances through the night. Lovely friendly staff, entertainment every night was brilliant. Lovely cosy clean lounge areas. Would definitely stay here again, i loved the hotel. I think I’ll stay here every time I come back to Blackpool in the future.

I loved everything about this hotel, it’s just a little bit of a walk to Blackpool centre but we didn’t mind at all.

Room very spacious staff very friendly maids emptied bins, changed towels and filled tea etc in rooms daily

The rooms get to hot and also the entertainment room air conditioning not working Entertainment every night but unfortunately they had a Karen's diner in big room so all of residents were put in the ballroom many guests walked out as they couldn't get a seat or table .this was very poor as you pay to see entertainment and they tried to fit 100+ guests into a room that holds about 50 this put many people off the hotel and stated would not be returning. On the plus side entertainment was very good and met lots of friendly people .
