The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, the location of this guest house was perfect. the owner Janey was so accommodating and went right out of her way to look after us and made sure we had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. She even left us her home baked cake in our room on the 2 days and i must add it is one of the best cakes i have ever tasted. the room was spotless and Janey went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We explained on Sunday morning our later train was cancelled and we had to get the earlier train and we would have to leave before breakfast, this was out of the question and Janey insisted she would get up and do our breakfast for half past 7. Many occasions we have stayed in Guest Houses before in Blackpool and this has never happened, Janey went above and beyond our expectations and its the best we have ever stayed in by far and will definately be booking this Guest House again for our next stay in Blackpool. Thank you so much for a fantastic weekend.

Everything was exceptional. No faults whatsoever.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The house was peaceful and quiet and everything was spotless and comfortable. The location suited me perfectly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve had while traveling. What truly made my stay special was the wonderful woman running the place. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and her laughter never failed to brighten my day. I highly recommend this place and would love to return!

No matter how hard I try, I can't come up with anything I didn't like.

The breakfast was incredible. fantastic quality and quantity. We had a charming room, which was tastefully decorated, the king bed so comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and all modern facilities with lots of toiletries. In the fridge a different cake or homemade sweet treat was left, chocolates, biscuits and a great hot drinks selection, a kettle and hairdryer. Our host was friendly, funny and a joy..Yes it is a cat friendly property, however they are never allowed in the breakfast room but if you want to meet them the host gladly allows you to. This is a lovely place to stay and we will return..

Staying here feels like you are visiting your favourite aunt! Janie is fantastic and goes above and beyond!. Room was well presented with a spacious bathroom for this type of property, everywhere was spotless with lots of lovely homely touches which makes staying a pleasure.

Not a dislike for us but a family of 4 may find the family room a little snug for a long stay, 3 of us were fine for the 3 nights we stayed (17, 8 and 40ish)

janie was amazing from start to finish of our stay ,could not do enough for you ,breakfast was amazing and she just made our stay so comfortable nothing was a problem at all ....property was so clean and welcoming and the bed so comfortable you can see she puts het heart into everything she does ....I would recommend to anyone ,couples, families and party's....you wont be disappointed absolute 10\10

I had a wonderful stay at Sirocco Blues Guest House. Jeanie was a warm and welcoming host - friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. She made me feel right at home, even chatting with me at breakfast in a relaxed and easy way. My room was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like refreshments and even surprise treats like cakes or a scone!

The host/owner Janie is absolutely brilliant! She welcomed us in with a big, warm, friendly smile. We could have sat chatting with her for hours. Her place is super clean and well looked after. Janie was so kind, caring and generous. Her breakfast options were great and absolutely delicious. The room and ensuite was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Location is also brilliant being only about 7 mins walk from the town centre. Parking was also convenient, either right outside the property for short term or literally around the corner for mid-long term. Highly recommended for that wonderful personal touch that Janie delivers brilliantly. Thanks again Janie!

the moment we arrived, Janie was there to meet us with her smile and laughter, and we felt instantly comfortable. The room was spotless, and breakfast was very nice. My partner had an omelette, which was massive 😋. The little treats Janie provided in the room were a nice touch. Homemade lemon drizzle cake was amazing.. Highly recommend and will be back. Fantastic location in Blackpool, Janie was the perfect host, able to answer lots of questions about the area what to do, places to eat. We had a cooked breakfast each morning it was delicious sets you up for the day. Room we stayed in was so clean and comfy, I slept like a log, room was as described on the website, bathroom was spotless lovely big towels. Would stay again when in Blackpool 100%.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything there wasn't anything not to like, very clean, comfortable beds, nice decor. Plenty of Tea, Coffee and milk, little packets of biscuits and Janie's extra touches of baked goodies left in the room each day were lovely. A large bottle of fresh drinking water each day too. Toiletries in bathroom were good especially the disposable face washing cloths were a novelty, spotlessly clean and modern shower, slight pressure flow but still manageable to be able to shower Janie is looking into this. The cat's are kept in a separate room so never a bother whilst eating, not a cat hair in sight. Breakfast was delicious, we opted for cooked breakfast, other options are available. Will definitely return for our next stay in Blackpool.

Nothing to dislike in our opinion. A little bit of a walk into town centre but not too far, I struggle a little with walking but it was manageable for me. Anyone younger and fitter would have no problems.
