Window did not open toilet seat lose and did not say up sharp bit on left side of the bed .im only saying this to help them become perfect.

Close to the Blackpool North station and in the quieter end of Blackpool. Sea front a 5 minute walk for trams, lovely beach and North Pier. Extremely clean - I could smell the fabric Softener on the towels and bed linen. Excellent breakfast - catered for vegetarian me! Lovely, warm and friendly host - Vicky is a very kind and caring lady who goes out of her way to welcome and look after you.

Nothing to dislike. It's a clean, comfortable, friendly b&b that was perfect for an overnight business stay. I stayed in a single room but Vicky has larger rooms, even one with a four poster bed, for couples/families staying for longer leisure trips.

Comfy bed and lovely, welcoming staff. Very close to winter gardens and the beach. Plenty of things to do in the area and was still quiet enough to get a decent sleep. The breakfast was gorgeous and caters for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Woken up to someone putting scaffolding outside the room, the batteries in the TV remote had run out, but could've asked for more batteries if we were that bothered and the shower seemed to flood easily.

Amazing localisation, everything you need is maximum 15 minutes walk from hotel. Very clean and cosy rooms and bathrooms, lovely staff. It was nice to stay here! Breakfast was amazing! Service was better than in the most of restaurants around. :) Special kudos to two lovely ladies who served us on Sunday's morning and went above and beyond to make all guests happy.

A conveniently located hotel on Blackpool's north shore, a short walk from the bars, shops and the seafront, as well as the train station.

The room was very small and would not have been suitable for a stay of more than two nights or so - a little pokey.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly. Great location. Very quiet hotel considering it's location. Very comfy bed and warm room. More than reasonable price.

No dedicated parking. But, Staff knew best parking spots available.

Friendly family-run b and b in a great location. We stayed just one night but the room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t get the tv to work (may have just been me!) and there was no bedside lamp, but other than that no complaints.

The room is clean and have all the things that you need. The shower was excellent. It’s dog friendly and with no extra charge which was a bonus. Unfortunately we have to leave early before breakfast so can’t comment. Otherwise lovely stayed.

My partner and aunt didn’t like the bed so it was not everyone liking but I was fine with it.

Vicky was so welcoming, we got there early and she got our room ready before 2pm. She was very attentive and friendly. The room was lovely and clean, nice and warm and comfy beds. Couldn’t ask for anything more.♥️

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Booked at short notice but felt comfortable and welcome. I will recommend definitely. Winnie our lovely Cavapoo slept soundly through the night too.i reckon she loved it there as well. Thank you
