Lovely clean accommodation welcoming staff room was lovely had everything for our one night stay breakfast was excellent location good too

I don't like to give a bad comment but the noise coming from the bar area was horrendous we where informed that a function was taking place however the music was so loud and people slamming doors etc I had earphones on and could still hear everything however the rest of the stay was excellent and this would not stop us coming again but I feel it would not have to be on a weekend .

Convenient location near train station with availability at short notice. Bar downstairs was closed and street relatively quiet so no need to worry about noise late at night. Fan provided in room to cope with the heat. Hairdryer provided was a bonus. Very friendly staff at check in. Key drop box available for early check out. Did just fine for a one night stop over!

Mattress sloped downwards towards the edges so it was a bit of a restless night moving back towards the centre. Shower head height adjustment wasn't locking off properly so it wasn't that big a deal for me as I'm short but someone tall may have struggled. Staircase is quite narrow so be careful if you're bringing a larger suitcase

The bed - as usual in places like this, the mattress was just about okay though I have slept on worse and regretted it. Small hotels never go for independently sprung mattresses which are more comfortable and not much more expensive but I can understand it if they have guests who regularly ruin things for them. However, a good night's sleep plays a big part of the stay. Lighting - as usual, there was no decent light to do makeup, there was a dressing table and mirror but no light. I ended up balancing a travel mirror on the tap and bending over the sink next to the window where the light was better. If you have a hotel in the LGBQT zone, makeup is a key issue for TGirls. We really enjoyed our short stay. The room was very warm, clean and well decorated. The host seemed very friendly and someone that was in the bar when we arrived helped my partner up with her case which was sweet. It was nice having a proper big tv in the room a lot of b and b's don't provide this it's usually just a tiny small budget t.v that you can barely watch anything on. As well as other small touches like providing bottled water and biscuits and having a comfy headboard to sit up and watch t.v in bed. We definitely felt like we got the best b and b in the area and it was very good value for money. I was definitely tempted to stay another night but we had to get back home unfortunately. The bar wasn't open when we stayed but it seemed really nice there and the prices of drinks were really good.

These were only small complaints. The bed was a little bit too hard for us both especially for my partner It's not the worst we have had and didn't spoil our stay but we came across a YouTube video on the hotel when we got home and we saw a room with a bed a lot softer than ours. So if we had got a softer bed the score would have been a 10 ☺️ And there was a fair bit of noise from other guests coming back in the early hours about 1 am and then 3 am but it's not really something you can avoid in a b and b and with Blackpool being a party place with a lot of places open till late it's something I was expecting. But if we come back to Blackpool in season it will definitely be a place we would stay again 👍

Absolutely spotless Run very professionally. Stayed for 1 night for a show we went to see at the winter gardens . It was in a perfect location just a 5 minute walk to get there. Bed comfy . Tea coffee and biscuits was a nice little add also a mini fridge . My life saver was the fan as it was a very hot day. Breakfast was lovely . So glad we found this little gem we will definitely be back 😀

Most accommodations in Blackpool are designated as hotel, when they are really guesthouses. This is true here, but I knew that when booking. Having stayed in Blackpool before, I can say that this guesthouse far exceeds the average accommodations in Blackpool. The rooms are small for doubles, but are perfect for solo travellers. The bed was comfortable, the room had everything I needed for a short stay. Including tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water. A mini fridge, hair drier and a TV with local TV and streaming services. My stay came with breakfast. I got the full English both mornings and it was yum. The staff were lovely and very hospitable. The guesthouse has a bar, which seems to be a favourite with locals, as it was full and everyone seemed to know each other. This made me feel safe. There was live music both nights I stayed. I would definitely book again.

The bathroom has a barndoor/sliding/hung door. It didn't make mush of a difference to me because I had the room to myself. I can understand why it was used (limited space), but I wouldn't have been comfortable I had been sharing the room.

The hotel was close to the train station and a few minutes to the North Pier. Our room was lovely, well decorated and clean. There was a good bar, we had a few drinks there on Saturday night, the drinks were reasonably priced and the entertainment was very good. We ordered breakfast, basic but very good, cereal, fruit and full English all served by Jess who was very helpful and friendly. In all the hotel was very nice and we would definitely return in the future.

Very friendly staff, who were easily contactable at all times. We had a minor problem with the shower during our stay and messaged the owners on WhatsApp (early in the morning) and received an immediate response. We were able to use another shower down the hall and when we came back from our day's travels we had a brand new shower installed in our room, which was fab. The bed was comfy, and plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits provided. The TV was large and you can easily set up Netflix etc. The bar downstairs was very reasonably priced and didn't disturb our sleep at all. Breakfast was delicious every day and the service was amazing. The choice for breakfast was also great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone looking to visit Blackpool. It's 5 minutes from the train station and very quick to the tram & north pier.

The sink was in the room instead of within the bathroom which meant that you couldn't wash your hands straight away.

Unfortunately due to having a slip (off site) I was unable to go down for breakfast when I had booked it, but the staff were very helpful and gave us a breakfast sandwich each to eat in our room and due to my mobility issues that morning they were more than happy for us to take a bit longer after checking out time to get ourselves ready. Connor was also concerned about the well being of his guests and very helpful with local places to eat so any recommendations you need he is your man.

Location was great , set back from the hustle and bustle but still close by to walk to the Blackpool front. I didn’t have breakfast as I was leaving early morning for a sports event. I used the little fridge provided to try to keep my breakfast chilled, this is the only negative as it didn’t chill so I had warm yoghurt and orange juice! Clean and comfortable, I don’t know about noise as I always take ear plugs! Very friendly staff and other guests polite. I would stay again and recommend, good value for money.
