The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately that's all the superior room was good for .

Grubby room in need of a lick of paint. No place for clothes. Toilet needs sorting had to flush multiple times that was just for tissue.

We came as a family for a friend's celebration, so we booked three separate rooms, which we we all happy with. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the seafront with a tram stop almost opposite. The staff were very friendly and efficient, especially Katie, who greeted us on arrival. Our room was lovely, the temperature was perfect, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and over-bath shower. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a good selection of hot and cold items. There is parking onsite, which is always a bonus in Blackpool.

There is no socket or USB port by the bed. The shower head over the bath is fixed, which I found difficult.

Check in was nice and easy with the friendly Katie. The room was clean and comfortable with a sea view. The bar area was very nice and having breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the sea was a bonus. The breakfast was very tasty also. The hotel is very dog friendly and the staff were very nice to Poppy.

Beware of the hidden charges added on to your bill at reception which bumps up the price. I understand the doggie charges but NOT the car park charge. This is unacceptable at £5 per day. It should be free if you are a resident of the hotel That is the one and only reason I would not return to this hotel.

All staff - receptionists, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was perfect - very comfortable and well furnished. The menu was excellent - I enjoyed my breakfast and evening meals. The menu choices were brilliant - all of which were served promptly. The location of hotel was very convenient- within walking distance or one tram stop to Blackpool Tower and town centre. Tram stop opposite hotel very handy for visiting Fleetwood. I was able to park in hotel car park for the length of my stay.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like

The property is ideally placed to get to all the main attractions and beach, without being close to all the noise. Great room and lovely hotel. It was surprisingly clean and up to date for Blackpool!

The door gaps. We unfortunately had exceptionally noisy people on our floor who came in late and woke us up having full conversations in the corridor. The gap under the is so big that it sounded like they were in my room. Plus the light that streamed in was a nightmare. The quilts are very small. I was in a twin and the quilt barely covered the bed so once you were in, if you moved it just fell off

Room amazing. Location great. Very clean. Friendly staff. Food was very good buffet style breakfast but you can ask for additions and eggs done how you want.

This is a dog friendly hotel and although I’m not a great fan of dogs on the whole it was fine. The only time it affected our stay was at breakfast when dogs were in the breakfast area. On one occasion a couple came in with an absolutely huge dog and sat next to us, the dog shaking and pawing for attention which is not uncharacteristic for a dog but whilst trying to eat your breakfast was off putting. If you are really not keen on dogs this may not be the hotel for you.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff really nice and knowledgeable. The night barman was really nice and friendly.

I couldn't have a proper body wash for the duration of stay and there was only a bath ..no shower....I have issues getting in a bath . Mobility not great.. Also be were on top floor.....there were two big support joist type things on ech side of teb room from the ceiling. No warning such as " mind your head etc. There was on on.my side of the bed....I banged my head on it and I'm only 5ft 2inches. There should be a reminder or warning about it. I emailed the hotel re the bathroom but they didn't get back to me.

Staff were lovely and polite and very welcoming . Location was great too with Train station 10 mins away walking, and the town centre too with easy access to travel around . Tram service is excellent and good value for money if you get tickets online . The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great . We dined in a couple of times because the weather was rough with 60 mph winds and raining the weekend we stayed .

Going home ..... seriously though there's very little to dislike . The weather wasn't too kind to us but none of us has any say in that .

Had a great visit will be back again in the future, great location just 10 mins walk from the tower. The rooms were big and spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy however I found it a little high to get on to there was another single bed that was lower which i could get on easy enough. The room was lovely and warm after coming in from a cold day/night on the sea front. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Both me and my partner are disabled and found it hard to get through the doors in our power chairs it would be better if they had automatic doors to the entrance.

A very pleasant surprise! A warm welcome, looks like it has been recently refurbished so everything was clean and new but there are some original deco features. The room was clean and comfortable and it is always a delight to find a hotel that allows dogs and has family rooms. We had a sea view, we spent the later part of the evening in the lounge area under the care of attentive staff. Breakfast was generous and tasty with a sea view and great staff. For a 3 star hotel and the budget I was not sure what I was expecting but this far surpassed any expectations. Thanks, we will be back.

My single criticism, a really petty one, you need to fully illuminate the fountain light installation that you have for the Illuminations, currently got fairy lights draped around it, get it lit and show it off!
