We arrived Saturday with storm Darragh battering Blackpool. When I closed my car boot lid, the wind caught it & it came down rapidly to cut my nose open. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful, she got the first aid box out and gave me two plasters straight away. We parked on the hotel car park ( £10 Fee) and checked in at 3pm. The room was clean, very spacious and warm. We didn’t use the bar, but it was busy and there was entertainment on. Breakfast next morning was lovely and even though it was very busy, we didn’t have to wait long. Would definitely return to this hotel again and to be honest I have, as we stayed here last year.

Can’t really think of anything that we didn’t like.

The check in was very good on arrival! Bar was also good, food very nice at lunch! The entertainment was good, shame the poor lad who was singing didn't sing old songs for the old guests who were staying on the coach trip! The sausage at breakfast was a big improvement than the previous times!

We went for breakfast the following morning, we waited then the young lady came and asked us if we had dinner last night, I said no just coming for breakfast! No room number taken, then she went errr follow me, no please! She sat us at a table which had no cups on! Even though there wasn't many people in the dinning room at the time! I think the standard needs to improve there! I work in a hotel industry for 30 years where the standard is always met! The hole feeling in the restaurant wasn't great on this occasion as it was my birthday! Hope it improves when I come for two nights in August!

Front staff extremely friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for you, as a solo traveller it put me at ease. The room was excellent just like on the picture, clean and well presented had everything in the room you needed, like the fact that you had a buffet style choice for breakfast and easy to order the full breakfast as you wanted it. There was a large party for a wedding function didn't hear a peep and slept great.

As much as the rooms are amazing the down stairs and dinning area need a little up dating, where I sat in the dinning room I had to hold my coffee everytime people went past the table was swaying quite alot and as there was a wedding there there was quite a few people coming through and gathered linking up for buffets made me feel abit freaked out.

I do feel that the parking should be included! Also I did state that I was lactose intolerant but nothing was available for this. I asked about the scrambled egg being without milk and cream and was told that it came already done. One thing though the staff from arrival through to the breakfast were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The room, although a little small was the perfect size for us and our one night there. The Seaview room was lovely and was great to look out onto the view with out cup of coffee in the morning. The staff were very accommodating. They have a lovely modern room for functions, we're getting married and wanted to check out the potential venue. We didn't have any food but we saw other customers food being brought out and it looked delicious. We will be eating there next time we stay as we had already booked another place before arriving. The bathroom was clean and the shower was a great size and powerful. The small bar was lovely and cosy and we had one drink before we headed up for the night. There was entertainment on which we didn't go and watch. The location was ideal on the north shore, not too far away from local attractions and quiet away from bars and clubs. Great for couples of all ages.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel.

Happy helpful staff. we had a good size room, which did have a sea view to our surprise. The room had everything we needed for our stay, everywhere was clean. our room was lovely & warm, There was a fan, extra heater and blankets available in the wardrobe. We had plenty of towels, tea & coffee in room. The cooked breakfast was able to switch out items as this was cooked to order, We enjoyed the evening singers.

The décor in upstairs hallway & our room was a little dated, but the 2nd room we booked had a more modern taste. The main entrance dose have a number of steps. But you can ring a bell to get assistance there's a side entrance.

Staff were attentive & helpful. Always had a smile. A chocolate cake, a card, a birthday banner, and balloons were found in our room on arrival. Which was a lovely touch for my birthday weekend. Sea view was beautiful out of window. Good location with public transport on doorstep.

There was no hot water on the first night. We left it till the following morning to inform reception but was sorted for us immediately. A hair was found amongst our breakfast, but a fresh breakfast was given when staff were informed.

Just a short walk to the centre. Very friendly staff. Helped with parking. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. We stayed on the 3r floor/314. Amazing view on the front to the sea. There was no noise at night even though it was the young Farmers weekend.

There's not much to moan about. Everything went great, and there were no issues Arrive early for parking, but the staff will assist in helping with space where you can park. Can be blocked in, but we were not using our car. On leaving reception, we're able to make sure we could get out.

The hotel was clean, the room we had was spacious and well equipped. Lift facilities. Sea view.

The bathroom was very dated. On arrival, the car park was full of rubbish and not maintained to the best standard which gave quite a negative first impression of the hotel. Luckily inside the hotel was a lot nicer. The beds were hard and you could feel most springs. A member of staff on reception made it feel like a chore checking you in and having to get up off her seat every time a guest came to the desk (“I swear you lot wait until I sit down” was how we were greeted!)
