Perfect location and a great seaside town hotel, perfectly located for the Opera House / Winter Gardens, and many bars & restaurants. A two minute walk to the beach and pier. Lovely greeting from Robert, who also cooked us a great breakfast! Spotlessly clean. Parking on the road to the side of the hotel, or secure parking for a small charge a few yards away. We were called the day before by Carol, the owner, asking if we would like to check in early. Overall, extremely helpful and accomodating.

The toilet was slow to fill and seemed to keep dripping, so maybe that needs adjustment- and thats the only fault I could find!

I had a great stay at The Lexham while attending an event at Blackpool Tower. The location was perfect to walk to the tower, the beach and town centre. Carol was really friendly and helpful. I appreciated the off site parking and I thought it was a bargain. My room was comfortable, very clean and it had everything that I needed. I opted for room only on this occasion so I cannot comment on the breakfast. I would happily stay at The Lexham again next time I go to Blackpool.

The whole experience was fantastic, from the warm welcome to the warm embrace when we left! The rooms were immaculate and well presented, the bed very comfortable and even a couple of spare pillows in the wardrobe! Facilities were brilliant with any additional requests met without a bother! The beach is a 2 minute stroll and the nearest bar isn't much further!! Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Not a single complaint to be had!

The owner was nice and helpful. He directed us to the parking bays (off site) which was £6.50 I think for our 1 night stay, so good value. There was a bar in the lounge area which we didn't use, breakfast was available if wanted. Our room was massive (203) and looked newly decorated. There were 2 large double beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was lovely. Whole room was very clean. The beds were comfy with a firm mattress and fresh white linen. Only a 10 min stroll to north pier but in a quiet area. I certainly would stay again and will recommend to people I know.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room especially if you are booked in the warmer weather. There seemed to be a slight problem with one of the windows. although it was closed, the vertical blinds were moving with the draught that was coming through. Not really a problem as the curtains were really thick and also were blackout curtains but maybe will be more of a problem if the weather gets colder.

We stopped in room 203, the room was modern, very spacious and nicely decorated room. The beds were very comfy and we had a good nights sleep. We had room only so cannot rate breakfast. Staff (Rob) went above and beyond to help. We needed some extra pillows and Rob provided the same promptly.

We had a lovely stay, there isn't anything we could fault apart from the pillow situation, however as we had a sofa bed set up in our room the extra pillows that were originally provided in the room were used and therefore extra pillows were needed.

This hotel is absolutely by far the best place we have stayed in Blackpool. Ran by a lovely lady who upgraded our room on arrival. Comfortable, perfectly clean and tastefully decorated rooms. Lovely breakfast made freshly for us in the morning and when chatting about the possibility of staying with our large family, we were shown some of the impressive family rooms which we are now very excited to stay in with our children. Could not have been a better place to stay and can not wait to return.

That we hadn't been here sooner and that we had to come home.

The Hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The rooms took us by surprise just how spacious they were. We were greeted by a lovely gentlemen as the owner had contacted us in advance to advise us of her absence during our stay, but she gave all the advice we needed prior to our arrival. The owner also contacted us after our stay, on her return to see how our stay was, which I thought was a lovely personal touch. The dining area was very airy and bright & although we didn't have meals on this occasion we did have a lovely full English breakfast on our day of departure. The hotel was in the perfect location for us for the evening show we were going to see & parking was no problem as there was parking very near by just steps away from the hotel. Such a lovely place to stay, would not hesitate to stay again 🙂

Super friendly landlady Carol. Nothing was too much trouble. If I’m coming back next year this is where I want to stay. Great cooked breakfast and a choice of cereals and plenty of toast. Room was fine. Comfortable bed and the hotel is away from the noisiest parts of the town but still under 10 minutes walk to the Winter Gardens.

We had the deluxe sea view family room which was lovely, very clean room all newly decorated can’t fault this hotel at all we really enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again you definitely won’t be disappointed, the owners are lovely too very family friendly. ideal location around a 5-7 minute walk to Blackpool tower,sea life centre -pubs etc tram stops to get to pleasure beach and the beach is literally just at the end of the road 2 minutes if that walk also carpark at end of the road if can’t park on hotels allocated carpark (fees apply for parking) can’t wait to stay again

We loved everything honest can’t fault anything

Our room was far better than expected and was very spacious with more than adequate bathroom facilities, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. the owner was a pleasure to deal with, she contacted me the day before our stay to confirm everything which was a very nice surprise. we managed to check in early and throughout our stay the owners were always on hand to help where needed. this place is a little gem and we will certainly be staying there again (if there are any rooms as this place is so good)
