This is the hotel is in a fantastic location, the hotel and my room exceeded my expectations, this will be my go to for future bookings, it had a big TV, comfy bed etc, bathroom was well stocked and clean, door and keys was in great working condition, no noise during the night despite being 1 Street from the clubs, great place, tidy. 10/10 for everything including value. Thank you

the room was very clean, and guy was great who came to meet us at the property to book us in. would definatly use again on my next visit to blackpool. we was literally a stone throw from funny girls, whisch was the reason for our stay. thank you.

there wasnt anything i didnt like. its a great cheap ,clean, place to get your head down, after a night at funny girls. not sure id used if was coming up for more than 1 night though. maybe a tab small for longer visits.

Very close to all the bars funny girls staff are so friendly will go out there way for anything room was absolutely lovely could not wish for more super happy very accommodating

Clean rooms, met at urban inn given the keys, very helpfull staff, really good location to pubs and clubs. Would recommend. We had a twin and quadruple room. Both were very clean and comfy

Managed to settle in nearly 2 hours before check in time, really clean ensuit room, great prices, will book again if available anytime I'm in Blackpool

Not that I didn't like it, just the room was a little small for 2 people getting ready, not the end of the world tho, will still re-book

the room was a great size, very clean and the owner was a very nice man, for the price we paid we couldn’t complain in the slightest, and we finally stayed in a hotel with working heating 😂 we definitely will be returning

the shower was a bit naff after my partner used it we had to wait a while for me to use it

Great location for North shore. Easy to park the car, 2 long stay car parks close by with plenty of spaces. I’m glad we chose this area to stay as it was close to everything but just that little walk from central pier that it was not so manic. I’d definitely come back again. Host was helpful yet also left us in peace.

Check in was simple, number on the door if noone around. Room was ample enough (we booked an en suite) with what we needed.

Good value for money able to come and go using a key to get in whenever we wanted great location near to the town and nightlife
