The proprietors really went out of their way to accommodate us. At first I had booked for the Monday night but once I realised they didn’t have a show at Funny Girls on Monday they allowed me to move the booking forward to Sunday night instead. One of my party is a vegan but I had forgotten to notify them ahead of time. They rushed out to the shops to make sure they had all the ingredients ready for a vegan breakfast the next morning. In the morning they called us a taxi to get down to the pleasure beach, and let us leave our bags there and gave us a key to come back and pick them up. This proved super useful as we got absolutely drenched on Valhalla and needed to change into dry clothes before we left for the car.

Alan & Dean we’re fantastic hosts, facilities in the room & bed etc was superb. Breakfast options was outstanding & the full English set us up for the day.. Had car trouble when we checked out & Alan & Dean helped us tremendously to get us going again..

The location was ideal...close enough to everything but far enough away to not hear any noise 😁...the hosts were really accommodating and made you feel really welcome and the breakfast was spot on!!

The weather wasn't great but nothing you can do about that...the only thing that I would change was the fact the bar wasn't open while we were there...this was midweek though so it might open at weekends...it wasn't a massive deal but it would have been nice to go back to the hotel and finish the night off with a drink there.

2 mins from Station in Blackpools LGBTQ zone. Small B&B. Friendly people and reasonably presentable premises. I stayed in a single with shared toilet and shower facilities. Room was very clean with washbasin and clothing rail (no wardrobe). Decor was a little tired throughout with scuff marks on walls and doors. Bed v comfortable, interesting Duvet Cover. Nice robe supplied for shower and toilet visits. Blind was a bit mouldy but curtains blacked room out nicely. Small TV but not all stations working. Kettle and Tea making facilities very generous. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was very good! Excellent selection of cereals, fresh fruits, Yoghurt etc!! Full English well cooked and presented with good quality ingredients. Coffee in a Cafetiere. Toast was a bit dry and crispy. Not a 10 for me but considering the price Breakfast and location it deserves at least an 8 Brilliant for a short stay! Never saw Host's apart from Breakfast and Check in/out but that wasn't really a problem as I like the light touch. Would stay again if in Blackpool.

Central location, lovely owners (thanks guys), good communication, smooth booking and access, comfy bed, free earlier check-in (1pm, although I arrived later) and later than usual check-out (10.30am), digital TV and remote, tea and coffee facilities, nice and warm, budget price, breakfast included in the price, some extra personal touches (spoke with a lovely couple over breakfast, and they described it as a home from home), and I asked for an extra pillow and the request was sorted immediately...what's not to like for £34? Would have given 10/10, but no view from single room and toilet down the corridor; both of which can't be changed. I was a returning customer, and hope to return again the future.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! On Arrival Of This Hotel We Was Greeted By The Owners Who We're Absolutely Amazing! So Friendly & Very Helpful! The Rooms Where Just What We Needed & Kept So Clean! Toilet & Shower Was Separately But To Be Honest Who Needs Them In There Room! Very Close To The Train Station & Great Location For Central Views! Close To Everything! Night Life Is Good! Plenty Of Places To Go! I Came Here With My 6 Year Old & He Absolutely Loved It! Breakfast Was Included With Our Breakfast & It Was Super Yummy! All You Could Want In One Hotel & The Service Is 5 Star All The Way! Thank You For Making This Experience One To Remember With My Little Man! Definitely Recommend All The Way!

I loved the fact that the owners were so friendly and helpful. I arrived at 8.30am at Blackpool North station to do a days work on the trams, and they checked me in at 9am and looked after my bags as it would have been after 7pm when I finished work. When I returned my bags were in the room waiting for me. Nothing was a problem. You could tell people return time and time again as they new some of their guests at breakfast time. Excellent breakfast as well. The room was well turned out with ample towels and dressing gowns. I will definitely be back. After looking for a great value, clean, friendly B&B in blackpool, I think I have found it.

Not that it was a fault, but the shower was a bit small.

had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay , bed was comfortable ,alan the host was very accomadating to our early morning departure with breakfast no problem at all .plenty of choice for breakfast ,cereals ,fruit,yoguart,cakes,and of course a full english breakfast.tea and coffee was provided in the room plus some sweets which was a nice little touch.tram stop and train station nearly on your doorstep which we thought was brilliant.

only thing we found wrong was maybe the toilet and shower room was a shade on the small side but still clean and fresh.
