I loved everything. The room was lovely & clean. The shower was lovely (constant hot running water. Tea making facilities. decor/furniture lovely. I was totally left alone to privately enjoy my stay but was made aware & fully confident if I did need anything, I could have contacted the owner. If i can always get it around the price I paid, this will be were I will stay every time. Thank you.
the signal on the tv was very poor. I don't know if this was due to the actual reception or the cable. This was a bit of a let down as being on my own it would have been nice to be able to watch tv at night & while getting ready etc. There were only about four working channels & after about ten mins of watching would go all pixelated. So just couldn't watch.

The room was dark red and very quirky with a number of unusual pictures hanging on the walls. There was plenty of storage ,a large double bed and a well equipped and clean bathroom. Whilst there was no hairdryer, when we asked for one it arrived in double-quick time (Thanks). We have already booked to stay again in a few months time but we will be asking for a different room.
The bed had not been fixed together properly and had moved apart causing me to catch a protruding part of the bed and breaking off a toe nail leaving it badly bruised. Whist the bed looked comfortable it was far too soft and in the morning we both had back ache.

The welcome , Ann greeted us , we left our luggage as we arrived early , Ann locked them in the reception room ( security first rate ) We returned at 3 to check in , smooth check in , a gentleman carried our cases up to room number 6. Which we really appreciated . The room was quirky , clean , good choice of coffee , teas . The shower pressure was amazing , always a bonus 😁. Plenty of space , wardrobe ,drawers , nice size room with comfortable bed . Ann was friendly , polite and nothing was too much trouble . I come to blackpool every year and will definitely return to this hotel . Everything in walking distance the train station and entertainment & food places .
There was nothing to complain about or dislike .

Honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in Blackpool, location was perfect. The room was the biggest I've ever stayed in and great value for money. It was just like the photos and really comfy. Shower was amazing too. I rarely use the shower facilities in hotels as they're normally rubbish but I made the most of this one. Considering how close it was to the pier, it was on such a quiet street with nice views. The hotel itself was super quiet and I liked that you didn't really see anyone, I knew where to find staff if I needed them. I will book here for all future stays in the area :)
Nothing bad to say..

What a find. From stepping inside to leaving, we loved everything about this beautiful little jewel of a place. Great location, sea at the end of the road, parking around the corner and perfect for our evening at Funny Girls. Great communication and a really warm welcome together with the decor and room size made this the first ever Blackpool B&B where we wanted to stay longer.
There was nothing we disliked, so this is only what could've made it even better. The communal lounge is beautiful. Had there been a working bar, we would've spent time enjoying it. We would've also been happy to pay for breakfast however understand it may not be a financially or practically viable option right now.

Excellent location close to the station and tower ballroom for our gig. As it was valentine's day we wanted somewhere a little bit more special than the average B&B and this place well and truly exceeded our expectations. Wonderful attention to detail in the decor. A large comfortable spacious room and toilet/shower room. The shower was perfect. We chanced on the room being ready early and was delighted when it was. The receptionist, who's name I forgot to ask couldn't have done enough for us and made us feel so welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and we almost certainly will.
The only very slight thing was that I didn't see anybody to ask if we could leave our bags there for a while, after checking , but this in no way affected how much we loved this place.

The hotel is ideally located, close to the Filey Parking and sea side. The surroundings were not too noisy, so relatively quiet. I really loved the decoration and style of the hotel, and our bedroom was well equipped and very spacious which is not common in the area. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, accommodating our requests. We will come back to this hotel as we regularly go to Blackpool.
There are some repairs that are being done to deal with the issues: the TV did not work, and we had to turn the tap on in order to take a shower, but this is going to be repaired shortly.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the hotel met our expectations and more. We were greeted by Stacy and felt very welcomed from the start. We were taken to our room, second floor, the room was spacious and the decor style was suited to the name of the hotel. A large bed with a wardrobe and high ceilings, the bathroom was good space, with a nice large shower area to accommodate most body sizes. It was a come and go hotel with no time limits of return. The kettle in the room is very clean, which is a good sign the hotel takes care of the small bits. The shower gels, shampoo and tea/ coffee facilities were all good.
With the room not facing the sea, it meant the room was really warm during the night, but we knew this when booking, the pillows are on the slim side, but my partner felt the pillows were really good. We found parking to be an issue and had to park 15 minute walk away, but this is nothing to do with the hotel, as it was Blackpools Air Show Weekend.

wee hotel is absolutely lovely. Its an 10 minute walk from the train station(north), a 10-minute walk to tower and the winter gardens. The rooms are fab, very nice deckco and so clean. The bathroom was great, lovely hot shower and big towels. The bed was very comfy and great to have an kettle with tea/coffee/milk plus an wee biscuit. The lady Diane was nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend this wee place and would stay again.
