Very nicely designed, clean, spacious room. Very interesting art that most would not know of " The Etymology of Polar"

It’s called a B&B but it doesn’t offer a breakfast. It should rename as a guesthouse.

The B&B was a little gem, so glad we stayed here! It was spotlessly clean, family friendly and nice decor, but the selling point by far is the friendly staff - from the lovely lady who checked us in and gave us some personalised food recommendations, to cheerful Mimo at breakfast, we really felt welcomed and at home. The hotel guests were quiet, breakfast simple but tasty, and location right on the beach front. The b&b is near the north pier, with trams travelling up and down the promenade or easily walkable to most central attractions.

The parking was a little tricky. As mentioned by another guest review, it was suggested to leave our car around the back of the property but the area had used needles and smashed glass from an abandoned property and didn’t feel safe at all. The car park on the corner was a much better option - around £14 for a 24 hour stay.

Lovely sea view. Less than 5 mins to North Pier. Clean and good quality bed linen, very comfortable, good sized bed. Owners were so friendly. Continental breakfast - cereal, yogurt, toast, croissants, ham/cheese, fruit. Choice to have a cooked breakfast at an extra price

We chose to park in the public car park £14.30 per 24 hours a few doors down from the B&B. We were offered a space in the B&B carpark for £10 per day, it's at the back but a few properties down from the actual B&B. At this time, the building overlooking the car park had numerous smashed windows as it's empty, so we just didn't feel comfortable parking there. However, we were advised the empty property is due to be renovated so this may change in the coming months.

This hotel is located pretty central to everything going on in Blackpool with bus stops and tram stops close by. You are close enough to everything but the area is so quiet so there was no noise nuisance. The gentleman who greeted us on arrival was very kind and had our keys waiting for us. The room was fairly big and the bed was really cosy. The bathroom was clean and you could tell it has recently been renovated. We paid a fair price for a hotel that is so close to the centre and charges a fraction of the rate that big hotel chains do.

The shower was really small and tight. We also had a minor issue that needed sorted and there was no staff actually on property during the day to rectify the issue.

Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Stayed in the Life Room as we travelled down for a few days with our teenage and toddler daughters. The room was great, we brought a travel cot for the toddler but the bunk beds were solid and not what you’d expect to find in a typical B&B. The owner was very friendly and helpful, you could tell he takes great pride in the B&B. The bar is reasonably priced for soft drinks and otherwise. The continental breakfast had a good spread and decent quality fruit which is a must for a toddler these days! We didn’t take any pics of the room as it was spotless but the pics on the website for this room will be as you find it.

Nothing. Honestly, was probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen and I’ve been in my fair share in Blackpool and abroad.

The view from the window was great and fantastic in the morning. The living room was cozy and the projector setup was convenient with clear instructions. The bar was lovely with dinnerware. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. The hangers were quite creative. The whole suite was really clean.

The water temperature was not hot enough (at least for me) and the room heating was not strong enough (could be slightly cold past midnight). And, not sure how to find the staff because there was no one at the reception whenever I wanted to speak to one later in the day. But they were friendly and happy to help during the morning time.

If I could give it 10 stars I would, I honestly was made to feel like we'd known the owners as friends for years, so pleasant and super helpful, was so nice we extended our stay, the room was clean and well laid out, shower has AMAZING water pressure, and they give super fluffy towels, the bed was comfortable wiith beutifull linen. Hot breakfast was delicious, cooked fresh once you sit down, and the continental has everything you could ask for plus a vast choice of different coffees. Location is perfect.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, no negative aspects whatsoever.

Location excellent, rooms fabulous, staff even better. Owner, Hamza, is exceptional and clearly cares passionately about his business - and his customers; his staff were also fantastic. Rooms are all fascinating, each with their own story to tell. Staying here really is a treat - oh, and the wonderful breakfast was just an added bonus, where dietary requirements were met with no drama at all! - the coffee was great, and that chia pudding was insane…!!! We’ve stayed here before; we can’t wait to stay again when we next visit Blackpool. Thank you, Hamza, and team!

Knowing Blackpool to be honest is like Marmite ,never stayed in at least 30 years so was a tad dubious about what to expect from our trip. So was releaved.from check in to check out it was easy and meeting Yulia in charge of check in and cafe who is lovely welcoming and very friendly made experience faultless. They don't serve breakfast at hotel but recommended 'Hive ' a venue close by which we went to. Not only did we get a discount on mentioning that they had been recommended by Yulia it was absolutely first class tasty and very filling and delicious. Highly recommended.

If I was being extremely picky I would say socket closer to.the mirror in our room.(110) and maybe complimentary bottled water. (Only as you couldn't get water in room cold enough to drink) soap in dispenser had ran.out but we had our own. Girls found a dummy under single bed but hey I am being picky. Bedding and pillows where clean and top quality.
