The room was really spacious, comfy bed and such friendly host. we had the room with a bath and separate shower They even supplied bath salts for a relaxing bath which was a really nice touch. The hotel was full but not any noise from other rooms. Central location to the town from North shore right next to Funny Girls. I think I've found my favourite hotel

only thing was no breakfast served but it didn't matter as I was recommended a place for breakfast, it was beautiful.

Lovely hotel with high standards. The hotel manger was friendly and helpful always going the extra mile to ensure we had the best stay possible. Rooms r clean and tidy. We have stayed here 3 times and each time it’s been amazing. One slight issue was the water in the family room was intermittent (kept going off and bk on) this wasn’t a big issue as it wasn’t off for more than a minute before it can bk on. This is the same issue as other hotels experience a long the road and is due to water pressure and not due to a fault of the hotels itself. Would we return? Most definitely. You definitely get what you pay for. The location is 5mins from a big Sainsburys supermarket ass well as a Greg’s and a subway. It is also 5 mins to Blackpool North train station which is also where the new tram station is located. Ideal location to travel around Blackpool from.

Nothing not to like everything was great

Very clean and close to local bars and amenities, very welcoming even though we arrived late due to accidents on the motorway. The room was very spacious too

Look, we all know the cost of living and energy prices are sky high. But really guys just allow customer use of central heating. We know how to set a thermostatic radiator and we know it's the owner being too tight to turn the heating control knob on the boiler up a notch. It was like sleeping in a fridge in a room that large, and not a nice feeling to get out of a shower into frigid cold air with a towel that's colder after leaving it on a towel rad. Not a comfortable stay just because of the heating issues

It was central the hotel was modern and clean on a bus route plenty of bars around the area nightlife was good if you wanted that but also chilled and relaxed steve the hotel manager was friendly helpfull and could not do enough for you he is a credit to the hotel would definitely recommend this hotel Thank you steve for a brilliant weekend

Lovely hotel, clean and modern plentiful supply of toiletries,towels and drinks plus a little fridge and a fan in the rooms too, great attention to detail. The owner was away due to personal circumstances but had a friend come from essex to hold down the fort. He was amazing. So welcoming and due to some unrest with protesters in the town was genuinely concerned for and did what he could to make us feel safe. Even helped to take out bags to the car and gave us hangover waters for the journey home upon leaving. Above and beyond expectations 😁

No negatives, we loved it!

We received a friendly welcome on arrival. Our room was lovely and very clean. We had a great night's sleep on both nights. The hotel is in a great location right for the nightlife. Walking distance to the train station. We were visiting the Winter Gardens, which was only a 15 min walk away. It was a room only basis, but they provided details of local cafes. There are plenty in Blackpool to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very comfortable it's around a 40 minute walk to the pleasure beach the walk itself will take you pass three piers and all the shops on the front so it's worth staying here as you end up walking up and down the front all day anyway its right around the corner from blackpool north and there is a massive sainsburys across the road so that helps. Overall, staff was very welcoming very helpful it's a nice little spot.

I can’t find a fault. The rooms are spacious. Clean and stylish Such a good find in Blackpool And Stan the owner .. he will try to get you into your favourite room, if it’s available ànd he can accommodate definitely my best hotel to stay .. I’ve already booked up for a few more trips. X

Stan was brilliant and so helpful and kind. The property was nice and clean, basic rooms but everything we needed for a weekend dancing with my daughter. Easy walk to The Winter Gardens, close to the beach, car park just round the corner that was only £22 for 72 hours, surprisingly quite considering it’s right on the road with a couple of bars close by.

Nothing really bad to say about it.
