Absolutely fabulous stay. Michael and Eddie are two of the loveliest, most personable people we have ever met and gave us the warmest welcome. The hotel smells amazing, is fresh, spotless, and as slick as Eddie's wit! The room was absolutely stunning, modern, comfortable, spacious, and has everything you could possibly think of in it, and more. The attention to detail the boys have included is another level. Amazing location and our new favourite place to stay. Michael is so knowledgeable about the area old and new. Cannot wait to come back and see you again.

Loved everything

Communication with hosts before stay was excellent. Hosts were friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 4. Very spacious room. Spotlessly clean. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. Had everything you could need for a perfect stay. The little extras were a great touch, Chocs, Biscuits, Water and plenty of Teas & Coffees etc. Full size fridge. Hairdryer, Iron and board in the room. Hosts offered car parking pass 24 hours for £5 was only 2 min walk in a safe car park. Location was perfect so close to everything and next door to the train station and tram stops. Sainsbury’s is just two mins walk away for any bits and pieces you need. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay again. A+++

SO IMPRESSED. Micheal & Eddie were so welcoming. Their hotel is lovely, decor really modern. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Crisp white bedding a fresh fluffy towels. The little added extras were so nice too, tea. coffee different fruity teas. Toiletries provided within the bathroom. Really nice quiet area not too far walk for pubs restaurants and the main part of Blackpool. Oh and the chandelier in the hallway was exceptional darling 😉 Amazing hosts so so lovely. And thank you for the lovely card and white wine for my partners birthday it was a really nice and thoughtful touch. We will be returning booking the king room next time. See you again soon. The accommodation was lovely. We had the penthouse, so there was a lot of space and very clean 👌everything was in walking distance. The biscuits and little chocolates were a nice touch to have a cuppa.

Firstly, we paid extra for the penthouse. However, the tv didn't have any signal that could have been knocked out by the storm the night before, but it should have been checked, really. Then, the next morning, the shower didn't work, and there was no alternative to have one! i did call Mike to have a look, but he couldn't suggest anything either as they were fully booked lucky we had some friends staying in another room so we had to use their shower but it was a rush as there were 4 people waiting to use one shower and with an hour to do so. Could have been offered an extra half hour for this. However, as a gesture of goodwill, Mike said he would knock off money next time we stay, but maybe a partial reimbursement would have been a better offer.

Michael & Eddie were lovely hosts, helping me sort parking and introduced me to their two gorgeous rescues 🐶 Our room was immaculate with everything you need for a short stay but the thing that really makes it is all the small touches, cotton buds in the bathroom, super soft towels, a celebration with your brew 😀. Property is in a great location 5mins from winter gardens, best place we have stayed in Blackpool and will definitely be looking to book next time we visit.

Nothing it was perfect

The hosts were welcoming and friendly on arrival, it was nice to start with. The hotel is very clean throughout, our room was very spacious. Lots of extras included (chocolate, biscuits, great selection of hot drinks, toiletries). We were lucky to be able to park on the street for free, just in front of the main entrance. The house was quiet and peaceful and the bed was very comfy. Nice restaurants and attractions closeby, taxi was also not expensive to the Ballroom at night.

Great value for money, perfect location, clean room and had everything you’d need for your stay. Nice friendly welcome by one of the owners.

Lovely modern bathroom, although the toilet is in a slight awkward position so anyone tall could struggle with legroom when sitting down. Also something which I guess was overlooked, the complimentary biscuits that were next to the tea and coffee, 1 of the packets had already been opened and half eaten. Other than that, our stay was lovely and we would stay again.

Paul and Tony were great hosts and they and the rest of the staff couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were fantastic, great size of room with a sofa and coffee table, large choice of teas, coffee and hot chocolate with a lovely finishing touch of a few Ferraro Roche as well as packets of biscuits. Breakfast was just a few doors away at one of their other properties. Good choice of breakfast and again staff couldn't do enough. The location of the property was near the north pier within walking distance to most of the attractions. Took the tram to any attraction that was a little further away. We came by car but discovered that the train station was very close by should you prefer to use public transport. Would definitely come back again!!

Getting into the Mardi Gras for breakfast or later on for a drink could prove difficult as staying at 27 Lord Street we didn't have a fob and had to ring to get in. At times we weren't heard and it took some time to actually get in. Might be a good idea to provide your customers in your other accommodations a fob for the Mardi Gras or some easier way to get in for breakfast etc.

Tony and Steve were excellent hosts, mix up with booking.com, but Tony couldn't apologise enough, took us to bar whilst they sorted room out and gave us Sunday lunch by way of an apology, first room was nice but upgraded us following day, Sunday roast was beautiful and breakfast was amazing every morning, thankyou so much q accommodation and mardi gras for a lovely 5 days

We received an excellent welcome not only from the owners but their beautiful pups, the room was spacious and comfortable, we slept so well and couldn't fault it at all, we will definitely be back

I think my partner had a grumble about someone shouting on the front street at around 5am but I didn't hear it and not the hotels fault, we booked a room at the front of the building
