The location, the standard of facilities, cleanliness and modern atmosphere was brilliant. I loved that the tram, train and bus stops literally on the doorstep. The breakfast is amazing and the whole hotel has a comfortable, homely yet modern vibe.

I only have one suggestion........the shower door in our room was just clear glass and due to not seeing this was closed, I suffered a nasty bang to the head when bending to pick up toiletries from the shower tray. I almost passed out with the shock and the pain. I feel if the glass was patterned in some way, I would have seen this was closed and prevented the injury.

Lovely new hotel. Good sleep quality due to comfy beds & no hotel noise. Good quality toiletries. Room size was larger than most. Location 5min walk from Central pier. Multistorey carpark (Talbot Rd) directly opposite hotel.

More expensive than most. Provided with a twin room & not the double I requested. Reception team member (Samantha) said she couldn't swap due none being available. She presented as being indifferent & completely disinterested, not even taking the time to check her computer. I was accepting of her response until I later spoke to a fellow traveller who said she had requested a twin room & had been allocated a double.

Everything from checking in bar staff housekeeping was bang on stunning building inside & out well run hotel well organised. Well looked after everything you want in a room peaceful & quite which is very relaxing atmosphere. The drinks in the bar were nicely served lovely seating area with live music DJ Saturday night live singer on Sunday Excellent all round

Lovely hotel, clean, great location, would not stay again due to the mix ups we were having in regards to one of our bookings. We were told the day before our arrival that one of the rooms were going to be £157. When we arrived we were then told it was going to be £234. Due to that we wouldn’t stay again.

We didn't just like it we LOVED our stay..we was welcomed on arrival by a warm welcome and a mulled wine and mince pie the smell has you enter the hotel is divine ... our room was absolutely stunning the view out our window was of the tower the room was well equipped and spotlessly clean .. Christmas morning we found a stocking hung on our door with dominoes an orange and chocolate coins lovely thought...even santa had left his footprints in the hallway and in the entrance such a lovely touch... the breakfast was lovely lots of choice the hosts was very polite and welcoming....the car park is just over the road and is discounted which is a bonus ...this is our new go to hotel from now on very central and close to everything

Hotel is in a excellent location, the tram stop is right outside and the train station is literally over the road so that was handy for my early morning trip to Windermere....the staff was super friendly (reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff too) I emailed the hotel a few days before arriving to enquire if I can leave my suitcase at the hotel in case my room wasnt ready and they repiled very quickly....will stay here again no doubt! And it was only a 5-10 minute walk into town as well! Breakfast was excellent as well...plenty of choice and variety of hot and cold breakfasts too

I dont think there was any faults with this hotel.....everything were perfect!

Location. Modern rooms. Quality breakfast. Attentive staff in reception. Young lad in restaurant was great.

Room was too hot, air con only drops to 19 degrees with windows not been able to open. Marco’s restaurant lost our booking for New Year’s Eve which was made two days prior, with the guy in charge of the restaurant being dismissive and rude. Rude barman knowingly giving flat Prosecco and didn’t seem to care. That being said, we now know to ask for a fan for the room, and keep clear of disappointing areas such as bar and restaurant.

Hotel was excellent. Minor things prevented an exceptional stay ie the location was not perfect ( surrounding areas were a bit run down and distant from local attractions) , tv in our room was glitching green and the remote did not work . Loved the room, smart decor,gorgeous smelling bathroom products, fresh clean towels good coffee/tea facilities, fridge for keeping cool drinks and cosmetics. Lovely Marco restaurant , good bar area, very comfortable,modern seating .handy tram stop directly outside, 2 minute walk to train station. Although the location of the hotel is at the furthest end of local attractions , it had the advantage of quiet , restful sleep time .

A better selection of tv options ie premier movies would have been great for those evenings when you just want to relax in your room. Availability of room snacks , sheets on the bed instead of duvets for those extra warm nights.

Excellent hotel, gorgeous rooms, comfortable and warm, perfect location for central Blackpool and the tram outside was a big plus. We tried marcos restaurant in the hotel for food, it was really lovely. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and everything was delicious. The staff were lovely and helpful. Aaron who served us in the restaurant was so attentive and polite, a credit to the hotel. I had to take a photo of the lovely bathroom tiles as I would like something a bit like this in my next house. This is the nicest hotel I've stayed in for many years so I would fully recommend a stay here.

Nothing negative to say at all

We were part of a coach tour that had us booked into another hotel, the other hotel was awful very unclean. It was not suitable for purpose, so we quickly looked for another hotel, I saw that there was a Holiday Inn and it is a brand of hotels that have never let me down. So we left out cases at the other hotel and just went to the Holiday Inn, we were so exhausted and fed up, when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was so welcoming and extremely professional. I do not remember his name but he went above and beyond. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and had nice touches like the desk and chair and a comfy seat, the bathroom was so clean. We went downstairs to order some food to bring up to our room and the staff at the bar and restaurant area were so helpful. We decided to bring the tray up to the room, at the lift, I had a paper bag with items in it, and it tore and everything spilled out. The two reception staff saw this and came right over helping pick up everything and gave me a bag as a replacement. We then went upstairs to watch a good movie and have our dinner. If it was not for this hotel, our holiday in Blackpool would have been awful, so the Holiday Inn saved the day for us. We would like to thank all the staff, especially the man at reception who was so very helpful. We would stay there again. Thank you all.

i think two wee comfy seats with small coffee table would be nice in the room. A small tray at breakfast would be helpful.
