Smooth check in, Staff were really helpful, 11am checkout was great too some are usually earlier.. but as we were travelling home by train at 7pm they let us leave our bags & they held them safely until going to pick them up for our return train which was literally a stone throw away from the hotel .. it really made our last day a breeze exploring Blackpool & visiting the attractions with no extra weight to carry around - on a whole our room was clean, was everything you needed and the beds were really comfy, the breakfast was clean and more than enough with it being included in the price 7.5/10 no grease and oily eggs etc 👍🏼 also juices and cereal options Really good value for money and will be returning again in the near future

A lovely little hotel conveniently located near Blackpool North railway station and the town centre. Just a short walk to the promenade and all it has to offer. The room was clean, comfortable, and had fast Wi-Fi. I appreciated the midday checkout, which allowed for a nice lie-in. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had no issues during my stay and would happily return.

No on-site parking, but that was expected. There are several nearby car parks, and if you're lucky, you might find free on-street parking—I managed to snag a spot.

Booked last minute within an hour in the evening, was fine, great size room, bed was really comfy, bathroom in room was good, very handy for me, location fantastic, didn't hear any noise, felt safe, tv worked, wifi worked, general condition was fine no complaints, I'd definitely stay again

Literally everything was fine, when you turn the light on in the bathroom it activates a fan or something in the ceiling, I guess it would make it a little annoying if you left it on all night but that would be your doing. Few noises from pipes when other residents using the water system but honestly it was all fine. Bed was OK no complaints

Great location for North Shore and Funny Girls. Very clean bedding, towels, and large comfy king bed. Large spacious room, good storage and decent size ensuite. Excellent time to check out before 12 noon, we appreciate this rather than get up early for a breakfast we can't eat. We didn't spend sny time in communal areas so cannot comment. However the price was unbeatable for this excellent overnight stay, and highly recommend.

Honestly cannot fault the hotel at all. It exceeded our expectations.

It's a mini version of a travelodge. 😁 Staff had to get up because train delay made me a little late plus I got lost in the dark walking. A Tennant helped me out after collecting his curry at the door. Great help thanks👍❤️ Half packet of pringles for a quid, machine, a good quality and amount helps a lot...

Forgot to book the three nights at once as I generally only book a night at a time at a minute to midnight. Plus I'm still designing for Prypiat. And I still have contacts in the exclusion.

The price I paid was very reasonable for a weekend, so I wasn't expecting that much, but in fact my room was of a very good standard and was really comfortable. The hotel is nicely decorated throughout and my room had some flower pictures that I liked a lot, much better than the usual guesthouse pictures. The WiFi was excellent. The location is very close to the train station, the big Sainsbury's, and many bars etc. Yet the street was surprisingly quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

There were a couple of small issues with the shower, the holder was coming loose from the wall and the plughole needed declogging because it was draining very slowly. Apart from that, the only thing that bothered me was that, except when I checked in, I never saw any staff at all. But the managers do display their mobile numbers in the room, so I suppose that's fine.

The double room was clean and comfortable and good value for the price I paid..just a minor issue please change the mug in the room it was beyond cleaning and supply a spoon

Someone else has mentioned this ,the smell of cigarette smoke ,outside and carrying into the building....there is an ash tray on the railing / wall outside which was full and am sure the smell of this and the smokers carry this into the building...I am an ex smoker so it doesn't bother me too much, but please empty the ash tray regularly or maybe move it to a different point outside away from the view of non smokers or remove it altogether...this situation really lets the place down.. otherwise I was happy enough with the hotel and have stayed a few times ..some of the recent bad comments are unfounded ...the place in general is clean and comfortable ,what do they want for less than £30 a night for a double room!

Extremely close to the train station which made the trip with heavy luggage much easier, close to north pier which we look for when staying in Blackpool, and only a small walk to the bars and pubs. Lovely staff, after there was a mistake with our room which was no fault of their own, they easily resolved and accommodated for it quickly, big spacious room with good facilities, was lovely and warm during these cold nights and we had a comfortable nights sleep, can’t complain for the price and will definitely be staying again.

The bed was slightly worn in, I kept sliding to one side of the bed due to a dip in the bed and the mattress was a little bit springy, I think an extra pillow would of also been nice which I’m sure if we asked for they would have provided,but we still had a really good nights sleep, the room was lovely and warm and the extremely comfortable, cosy quilt made up for it.

Nice welcome by the staff who were on hand to help if needed , nice clean room , plenty tea coffee milk, very nice bathroom with plenty fresh towels and handwash shower gel etc . Bed was comfy and spotless clean. A great place for odd night or 2..will be back great value .

Window needs attention hard to close But minor ,complaint as it was 1 night fogot to mention to owners .

I little get away for a night. We booked this hotel. For what we paid I wasn't expecting much I will be honest. The room was much better than expected. Decent size. Small shower cubicle. The only really bad point was only one pillow each. Definitely would stay again. Great value for money. One of the better ones I have stayed in. Many thanks
