Everything. It was spacious, had a lovely balcony with amazing views, the kitchen area was really useful, the fridge and freezer meant ice and chilled alcohol was available (not provided) but a lovely bottle of red as a welcome gift was. Michelle went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, recommending places to eat and visit. The bed was super comfortable, and the en suite was perfect. We will return. Thank you to you both.

Wonderful place , so very quiet and relaxing . Sea views were amazing and great facilities in the studio. Host Michelle was friendly and breakfast was really good.

If I'm being very picky , I'd say we struggled a bit with no black out blinds to block the very early morning sun, but it wasn't too much of a problem once used to it and I found my eye mask ! Such a wonderful find and we'd love to return. Many thanks 🙏

Great location (if have transport) for exploring the South West corner of Cornwall. Very spacious rooms and nice views out from the living area. Nice selection on offer for breakfast

A sink and cooker would have been great to have although we managed okay without for the few days we were there and it didn’t detract from our enjoyment of our stay.

There is only one word that we can use for The Count House; EXCEPTIONAL! Value for money, very well located, extremely comfortable apartment, and exceptional breakfast. Without doubt we will be looking to return when the better weather arrives! Michelle; thank you for taking care of us and you should be justly proud of the accommodation, facilities, and services you provide.

Location was fantastic, close to many of the places we wanted to visit, walking distance of a pub for evening meals and just a few minutes drive from a little supermarket. The room was extremely spacious and had everything you need including a sofa and dining table. The balcony with views of the ocean was ideal for drinks.

The Count House is a beautifully done out spacious studio apartment with continental breakfast provided fresh each morning. Lovely and comfortable with facilities such as a microwave for quick and easy meals if you don't want to go out. It was nice to have the large outside decking to enjoy the sunsets. Friendly host who greeted us on arrival and explained all we needed to know.

Husband disappointed to receive a continental breakfast but I was more than happy with it. Property was very clean and very spacious.

My husbands view was if only he had a choice of continental or cooked breakfast, it would have been 10/10 rather than 9/10
