Although the accommodation was overbooked due to a clerical oversight, the vendor contacted us apologised and arranged other accommodation and advised us every step along the way, we were still able to have breakfast in the original property and was invited to choose the time we wanted it and not to mention a beautiful breakfast it was too, we would definitely stay again❤️🙏

Very Friendly staff, very cute room and nice bathroom. Nice breakfast. It feels Clean and well looked after.
A strange loud motor noice from the toilet, and a dripping sound from the toilet. A tricky front door lock. Very difficult to find parking space where we were supposed to park, a street down across.

Ease of entrance (collect key from pub next door, all very organised). Breakfast at a time of your choice.
Strangely no bathroom toiletries at all, so take your own shampoo/.shower gel. Was tricky for me as trying to travel very light as away for a week walking on the South West Coast Path.

I liked the Estate and the decoration felt modern and welcoming. Check-in was nice and easy and breakfast delicious!
We had to leave early and it was a little akward to go through the night entrance with our bags as the other doors are locked before breakfast.

The vegan breakfast was the best we've had on our holiday, the house is beautiful, the owner was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and lovely. The location was great with a park just along the road and a short walk to all of Bath's attractions. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was amazing. Plenty to choose from and a full English too. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom.
The toilet and sink were noisy as had a large Macerator. We could hear everyone upstairs and the room next to us macerator too! Shower wasn’t powerful at all.

The size of the room and the cleanliness was great, great location right in the centre of town so great access to everything. I will be coming back and forth in the summer and hope to stay there again if they have space. Thank you great place

Lovely clean room. Except toothpaste on glass. Comfy bed. Stunning breakfast options. Easy check in.
VERY loud music from pub next door. (Stopped at 11) Parking a short walk away..

Beautiful location, Kim was super friendly, the breakfast was delicious & the beds were so comfortable!
The water pressure on the top floor wasn’t great.
