Generally was good. My daughter and I enjoyed to sit in the kitchen. Generally the kitchen was clean, especially the guests kept the kitchen clean each time after use. The laundry can be dried in the garden. Our room was easy to get access to kitchen and face the garden.

Oven and washing machine should be cleaned regularly by housekeepers; ran out hand wash in the kitchen before we checked out. The landlord seemed not friendly as mentioned in the reviews, not too bad either. Our room was small and hot, the bathroom with shower was very small as well. The accommodation was expensive.

The property provided us with free bicycles, which helped us save money and time. The kitchen was fully equipped, with complimentary coffee and a variety of spices. There were also plenty of dishes and cutlery. The washing machine with a dryer made things easier for us. Cleaners came regularly two times a week to keep everything clean. We benefited from free cleaning for our room on multiple occasions. The distance from Addenbrooke's and city center was really convenient for us, and local shops were close by. The landlord was a genuinely kind and supportive person who helped us through so many things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Was really impressed that there were communal spaces including full kitchen and small garden. Room was very clean too, nice hot shower and instructions to get in were very clear. It's a little strange not to have any contact with a human as there is no reception, but the messages from the company were clear, well-written and welcoming. It is a good location for walking to Coldham Common parkrun! And nearby Mill Road had loads of cafes perfect for Saturday morning stroll on the way into Cambridge city centre.

The property is nice and quaint, a short walk away from the train station. I did not use any facilities except the room as I was just staying the night, but the courtyard looked very nice! The room was supplied with everything I needed and the heaters worked well and ensured the room was warm the entire time.

The entrance hallway where the keys are claimed is very dark. It was impossible to see without a flashlight. It would be nice if a light was installed in this hallway, or at least some small lamps at the lock boxes.

Room was clean and self contained. Ideal for what I needed which was somewhere to sleep and shower. I was originally worried about parking but was room for 5 vehicles. I had to stay an extra night and the communication with owner was excellent. They were really accommodating and this was much appreciated during an otherwise stressful time!

Be careful of speed cameras all the way up the road to hospital. I only used the fridge in the kitchen so can't comment on the other amenities which come with this accommodation.

This was a lovely, well presented room with free WiFi and free parking. There was a separate kitchen to use which I didn't do. I can't comment on that.

I couldn't open the windows as they were locked so I left my door open, it opened onto the garden. I was a hot few days so just bad timing. There was a fan in the room which helped a bit. The room was also further out of town than I realised, lots of long walks.

I was soooo happy when I found it!!! It was lovely!!! Belly renovated !! Loads of bedsits , really nicely refurbished with en-suite bathrooms ! Lovely and light!! Clean! They even had a lovely communal kitchen , lounge, conservatory AND garden!!! Was fantastic for the price!! I’ll definitely be staying there again when I come back up!!! And even my taxi driver arid he had stayed there and loved it!!!! The beds were super comfortable too!!!!! I spoke to the owner on the phone a few times and was really kind and helpful 🙏🙏🙏👌

I liked EVERYTHING

It was a great location for us. Free parking was a plus too. It was clean, heater worked well and had what we needed as we didn’t spend much time there. We didn’t use the main house and the other facilities however we could see other people using them.

It’s just a little bit of an odd set up. Accessing the key is a bit of a faff too. Instructions tell you the code for the gate which was never locked so not needed and that you have to come back out the front of the house and go through the front door through the lounge and kitchen to get to the garden to get to your room. When there is a door to the garden no more than a couple of metres from the lockboxes that was always open and meant you didn’t actually need to go through the house at all, just go through the gate, which was better as you didn’t interrupt anyone.

There was a decent size bed and en-suite bathroom, room was clean, included an electric kettle, also an armchair. We could use bikes for free (although they weren't in good condition, at least the one that I used wasn't and both were ladies' bikes).

Bathroom was very small, especially the sink, so water was splashing everywhere. There was no air conditioner, bed was kinda squeaky. The towel rail in the bathroom was cold, maybe it works only when heating is on.

The unit having parking and a good location made it a good base to discover Cambridge and drive to surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped so the shared kitchen worked even though there are 11 units

The room was a little smaller than expected and a large table would have been more helpful.
