The bed was comfortable, and shower etc good. Nice and clean and fresh.

I found it very complicated accessing the accommodation. I am not a very technical person on the internet so found it very stressful. I found it very hard too trying to communicate with your staff on the phone, very hard to understand them and I rang many times with no answer. I was waiting for ages outside trying to get through to your staff. I was also annoyed that I had to pay an extra 50 pounds, I think that i should have been already notified about this. I hope that I am reimbursed with this money as soon as possible as it said.

I stayed for three nights and it was really easy to independently access the property using the code sent to me. I appreciated the freedom of being able to come and go at my own convenience. My room was larger than I expected, with plenty of space to move around. There was a desk and chair that I could work at and the Wifi was good enough for me to take part in a Zoom call for this purpose. The TV worked (once I plugged the digital box into the mains). The en suite bathroom was clean, the water was hot, and the shower was good enough for my needs.

A few things could have done with some repair, such as the curtain rail coming away from the wall, and some of the furniture and interior design choices were obviously made to save money.

The property met all needs. I was attending a wedding just outside of town, and wanted something simple, in town, convenient and cost effective. This property was just that, perfect location, great price and had everything I needed (a bed, a tv, a shower, etc), nothing over the top. Even an AC unit, which was desireable in this heat.

There wasn't anything about the property I did not like necessarily. Apart from the cost to park your car off road, £20 per day is a bit extreme. For anyone taller than 6ft (I'm 6ft3), the toilet was a bit tight when sitting down.

Modern, clean, great location-5 minutes walk from the station, great location for the venue my friend and I were coming to Cambridge to visit (Cambridge Junction-10 minutes walk). The provision of a pantry with tea/coffee facilities was gratefully used, a vending machine with snacks , phone chargers and toiletries was also located there which is a great idea too.

Only thing I can slightly pick up on is the bed was hard. This may work beautifully for some people so is really just a personal preference more than a complaint about the property itself as I would still recommend others to stay and would definitely stay there again myself.

It's a nice hotel a few minutes walk from Cambridge central station. The room I stayed in was a single bed but it was comfortable and 2 nice fluffy pillows. A fan was in the room so helped as it was a humid day that I stayed so helped to get the air moving.

The bathroom was compact with the toilet very close to the shower. I didn't mind as I'm quite small and petite but I thought of my husband who's 6' 3" and broad, he simply wouldn't be able go get into the shower.

A comfy bed and nice bathroom, very clean, throughout was about 10 mins to the city centre by car, but had to stay in carparks. No road parking around the roads in some areas only for 2 hours.

Noisy air conditioning machine, but was nice to have it, the TV didn't work if you tried to put it on a BBC1 app or even ITV X, it keep saying the internet was poor so keep cutting out, no wardrobe or draws for clothes. But for a few days it was ok,

Location was fair - bit of a step to centre; but arriving and leaving by train, it was near to station, which was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen with complementary tea and coffee was an excellent and appreciated touch. While the room was on ground floor and to the front, at least it had smoked glass. Street noise generally stopped after rush hour.

Room was by the front door, so those happy and more-than-likely tipsy souls (bless their cotton socks) returning in the small hours woke us up several times. I did ask to move, but hotel was full (it being the weekend I suppose).

Close to the train station and Cambridge junction in a quiet area. It had private parking. Plenty of options for early check-ins and ideal for people who don’t enjoy face to face interactions as the door codes get sent to you. Any problems are quickly and effectively resolved- my door code didn’t work but it was under 5 minutes for a remedy.

The £20 charge for parking seemed excessive. That’s the only thing really.

The hotel is close to the main railway station, which was for us an advantage. The key pad instructions to gain entry to the hotel sent via email worked well. The decor in the hallway and in the room was clean and modern. The room itself (14) was spacious and well enough equipped for a one night stay. We met the owners/staff in the shared kitchen who were very friendly and helpful. It took us about 10-15 minutes to get into the centre of Cambridge, so easy to get to museums, theatres, colleges and so on. It was exceptionally well-priced we thought for Cambridge.

The bathroom was well equipped and very clean but it would be a bit of a tight squeeze for larger-framed people. The staircase is steep with narrow treads and might be tricky with a large suitcase. A handrail, especially at the top, might be worth consideration. It was helpful to have access to free tea/coffee in the downstairs shared kitchen, and to a snack and useful toiletries machine too.

We weren't sure what to expect given the low price but the hotel far exceeded our expectations. Location-wise it was perfect for us, easy walking distance to the center and everything we needed which was a big draw. The room was so comfortable and very clean. Towels were provided in the ensuite bathroom, and there is complimentary tea and coffee available 24/7 downstairs. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything. I couldn't fault it!

There was nobody there in person for the check-in and I had some issues checking in via the website, but the staff called me and took care of it all so it all went very smoothly upon arrival. I have no complaints!
