It was very spacious and cozy; it had a heater and a fan. There were plenty of towels, which were soft and large. Lots of places to hang your coats/clothes. I liked the big windows so I could wake up to natural light, and it was facing inside the building ,and not outside, therefore, not a lot of traffic noise. Every amenity mentioned was there so I was satisfied with my stay.

The sink was a little small but still usable! The light over the shower space was broken and did not turn on. I had to shower in semi-darkness; luckily, the light over the toilet still worked. There was no body soap, only shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. The shampoo didn't feel very shampoo-like, but it could just be my sensitive hair.

The location is the best. The bathroom is very new. The room is clean and well designed.

The carpet smell is not good in room 2. Some rooms have private bathrooms while others have shared ones. I booked a room with a shared bathroom by mistake. I upgraded it to another with a private bathroom. The fee must be payed before arrival and it is nonrefundable, while all the hotels in Cambridge has the option of pay at arrival. There is no front desk. You need to call the person in charge every-tine you have any inquiry. If your SIM card is not British, the phone calls will costs a lot.

Lovely crisp white sheets and towels. Check in was easy. Communication before we arrived was great. They even recommended where we could park for free overnight nearby. The shower room was very modern and clean. It was the hottest night of the year, but there was already a fan in the room.

It's next to a pub but as we weren't going to sleep early, this wasn't really a problem anyway. We had an en suite bathroom but there are other rooms that have a shared bathroom, so there were doors closing a lot in the early morning.

Absolutely fantastic property! I had the full "flat option" double room, kitchen and bathroom to myself and it was great! Exceptionally clean, with all the possible amneties and trinkets you might need included. Was so relieved to find a hair dryer was available. Bed was so comfortable and the temperature was just right. Perfect location too! With a lovely view ;) I don't think you can get any more central and peaceful if you tried. Recommend a wander through Downing College grounds which are nearby (photo 1)! Will definitely be booking again when I'm staying in Cambridge next.

Not the host's fault at all as the property is built that way, but having large luggage is a struggle. As maneuvering it up and down the narrow stairs is a challenge.

Very well situated, in central Cambridge. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Good quality kitchen facilities and pleasant modern bathrooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Only thing was the TV was stuck on Netflix cos all the labels has rubbed off the remote! If that happens just press the button two above and to the left of the centre button which kind if has the endings of the words ‘program guide’ left on it and give it a few minutes to reset itself.

Amazing location, entrance facing Parker's Piece. Lots of great dining and walking in the area. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy and communication with the staff was very quick.

I had to clean the showerhead since most of the silicone holes were plugged with calcium buildup and water was coming out very intensely out of a small number of holes. Also the toilet had trouble to stop filling with water and required a bit of work to get quiet.

Location was great - we could walk anywhere in the city centre and it's near a multi-storey car park with electric charging for our car. Bedroom was good and the bathroom was nice enough for what we wanted. Decent accommodation at a good price for Cambridge - no frills but did what we needed.

The flush on the toilet was very sensitive and took a while for us to understand its quirks. The shower head (overhead) in the shower cubicle was way too big for the size of the shower cubicle.

Location was spot on. Really short walk from the station and the city center. Room was spotless and came with everything I needed. Shared bathroom was also spotless and extremely close to the bedroom which meant you didn’t have to walk far in the towel. The noise insulation is very good which mean that I never heard my neighbours showering. I was able to store my bag all day which is really fantastic. Perfect place to stay by yourself for a short stay in Cambridge. Also had a few of these bike rentals parking nearby which was extra convenient. The housekeeper in the morning was very joyful and helpful when I asked where to leave my bag. You could tell that she loved interacting with guests.

The room was lovely. The decor was very nice and I was very pleased to find my room had a small balcony for fresh air. The adjoining bathroom was nice too and I was happy that the coffee and tea setup was well-stocked. There was even a fan in the room to help me through the heat.

Very little really. This is just nit-picking. There was some discolouration on the decorative pillows. When I dropped something that rolled under the wardrobe, there was some rubbish beneath it.

Room was very pleasant and I had a lovely view. Comfy bed, complimentary water much appreciated. Good size room. Check in system really easy. Fab location.

I was nervous to shower as the info pack said the fire alarm system was very sensitive, even to steam or a hairdryer so I was worried about setting it off. The shampoo and conditioner were difficult to get out of the bottles provided. But these areally are very minor things.
