The location is perfect, the city centre is a small 20-minute walk through nice and vibrant streets. We had the 3 bed room, which was small, but a perfect fit for our one night stop. We appreciated the welcome chocolates! The code at the front door was perfect, and our room key was ready waiting for us. Overall, it's great value for money!!

Nothing! All fine. We see some of the reviews complaining about the noise of the traffic. Well, if that bothers you go to Wales or so. For the centre of such a lively city it's very acceptable!

Location is perfect. Quiet and gorgeous street from where you can get to a street filled with coffeeshops and food places within 5 minutes and be in old town within 15 minutes on foot. The house itself is very cozy and nice, and it also smells wonderful upon arrival. The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly and even lent us an umbrella before heading out on a rainy day. The room was tiny but it had everything we needed for a 5 night stay: hair-drier, tv, extra blankets, towels, etc. They even serve a bottle of water and tea and those get changed after every cleaning. For cleaning: I would recommend leaving the sign on the door if you want it done on the days where you sleep in. The wifi has good connection, which is a plus. Overall, perfect little room at an okay price considering the alternatives in Cambridge.

The only issue we had was the shower. The shower does not have an extendable cord, so it is extremely difficult to shower because the soap on your lower body does not wash off and it’s impossible to shower without getting your hair wet - which is really a problem if you have long hair like mine that takes forever to wash and dry. We absolutely hated it, it also gets extremely steamy very fast since the bathroom is super tiny and has no windows so it was very hard to breathe and see after a short while if you’re showering with hot water.

no drinking facilities in the room.. no tea, coffee or even water. ( which meant my husband could even take his medication until we got to a garage.) looked like they had a coffee machine etc by reception, obviously wasn't used as no cup or anything around it. parking is £15 which I feel was extreme..

It was clean and simply but prettily decorated. (P.S.There was no breakfast, but that was “as advertised”). Location close to the railway station was very good. Also close to the Botanic Gardens

1. It was quite hot and offering fans would have been nice (I saw fans in the storage room but you would need to ask for one). 2. It was quite a tight space. 3. A room fridge would have been great to be able to make my own breakfast and lunch. The housekeeper kindly brought a very tiny fridge (fits 1 large yogurt pot) but a larger one under the desk would have been great.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Cambridge train station (so that there are plenty of grocery stores, cafes, shops, and restaurants around) and about 15–20 minutes from the city center. The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds, two pillows per person (a rare find in many hotels), and fresh bedsheets and towels. There's a coffee machine on the ground floor, so you can enjoy a tasty espresso even in the early morning (perfect for me at dawn) before the nearby coffee shops open. I had a minor issue in my bathroom and informed the owner via text; she responded immediately and helped resolve it. She’s a lovely person who goes out of her way to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The Wifi connection was a problem—I had to rely on my own data most of the time. Also, the corridor lighting was too bright, and there was no way to turn it off, so the light leaking through the door at night was a bit uncomfortable

The room was clean, the bed was cosy and comfy with a nice selection of pillows (4) they were all nice a fluffy. The duvet kept me warm. The shower was nice and powerful and the temperature was easy to set. Loved that there were 3 mirrors including a full length mirror in the room. Nice touch having a coffee machine in reception. Unfortunately I couldn't take advantage of it as I was avoiding caffeine.

Mattress had a dip in it it probably needs more regular turning. The bedside lamps were a bit too bright for me they were only slightly dimmer than the main light. All the stairs as my room was at the top of the guest house.

The room was impeccably prepared and presented and clean, including the shower room and wc. Inga was a very attentive, friendly and welcoming host, both before and during the stay. The room was very good, although small but this was reflected in the price.

The room was very smaill and consequently space and facilities were limited. It was clean and comfortable though, and a very good price for Cambridge. So long as you are prepared for the size and take this into account when booking, that is OK.

This is honestly one of the best places I've ever stayed in terms of quality and value of accommodation! - Everything was easy about the whole booking process, and checking in and out. - My room was serviced each day. - It was beautifully clean! - There were a few little extra personal touches which I liked. - The bed was very comfy. - The location was close to amenities, and within easy walking distance to the centre (provided you're not mobility impaired) - Little Petra nearby is also a lovely restaurant! I HIGHLY recommend booking here.

Genuinely it was flawless.

Everything in the guest house is done so smoothly that you do not notice anything and just feel comfortable and have a great time. I arrived at the guest house a couple of hours earlier, so expected to encounter someone from the staff. The staff I met afterwards was very friendly:). However, I didn't, so you don't have to be surprised if you don't too. I really liked my extra-small room for one. The interior is very cozy and tasteful. I had everything I needed in this little room, just as described when I first booked it. I took a very long journey that day and walked more than 20 km. My tiny cozy room and the bed have saved me and given me a wonderful night of sleep. Notice, you only have a shower in your room, the toilet is upstairs, but it was not an issue for me. All in all, if you hesitate, don't;). The accommodation and comfort are worth the price. Thanks once again for the beautiful stay, I will definitely recommend it!

The location was great. My room was impeccably clean but was very small.

I did think the lady who met me on arrival was a little abrupt. There was no explanation about breakfast arrangements if I wanted to use that facility.
