Good size apartment for 1 or 2 people, all expected amenities were provided. Good location close to the station, parking was available in the underground parking directly beneath the apartment block. Slight issue with the parking on the second night which was dealt with efficiently by company in an alternative place close to the block There were plenty of small shops and eating places nearby within very easy walking distance

The bed was a little hard for me, but loved the apartment generally with a small balcony with a bistro table and chairs, the apartment was on the corner of the building so there were views to 2 sides. The only issue was the noise from outside the apartment but was not within the control of the company and it had died down before 11pm. There was a fire alarm which was on for over an hour in the apartment block on the other side of the road but shutting the windows reduced the noise considerably

A nice, reasonably affordable, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and separate washrooms. Having the option of secure parking was a positive, even though there was a cost to it. Unfortunately the apartment was starting to feel a bit tired with quite low end fit and finish in need of some upgrading. The beds were ok, but not the most comfortable, whereas the place was generally clean and there were some items for a quick breakfast snack. The light and big windows in the living room were appreciated, as was the fact it is within walking distance of decent amenities. The arrival process went well and the person who met us was welcoming and helpful.

Attention to detail. The fact that they had thought of stocking the kitchen with a few items made the arrival so much more comfortable and convenient. Location was perfect for us as it was next to the train and bus station with an easy walk into town. Staff met us on arrival. Very friendly. Explained "everything", responsive when I reached out during the stay. It was very convenient to have a washer - dryer since we stayed for several days. The only thing I wish they'd have, was a USP charging capability. We'd forgotten our adapter and had to find a store so we could charge our phones.

It was a bit on the warm side,. This can also be a positive, of course, and we were able to get the living room adjusted. But I found the bedroom a bit too warm at night.

I liked the comfort and the location It was perfect for my daughter It replaced the first booking since there was no functional elevator and I cannot do that so they were very helpful and moved us to a ground floor flat with outdoor space which was perfectly located in CB1

the host was in a rush and I think could have explained how to to use the appliances as I could not eat breakfast the first morning since I couldn't make them work. Friends came by and helped me out with that

The location is very quite and close to train station, and generally conviniet to get everywhere. Nice new apartment

When we arrived the person who met us didnt have the parking key, so we parked outside and needed to find latet parking lot until we get the key a day after. On our last day the parking gate broke and we couldnt drive out of the parking for 2.5 hours. No cleaning service, neither nobody changed our towels for 8 days. Washing machine had a lot of problems and didnt work ok. Coffee machine didnt work at all. The light at the kitchen is very low

Great, location and beautiful clean comfortable rooms with all the necessary equipment to cook. The company provided some basic food for the first day and that was great and very helpful. The staff was there to greet and help us with our luggage as the lift was out of order. Thank you to the team for this stay and keeping the flat clean.

The lift did not work and we had to carry all the suitcases upstairs. On the final day the lift still did not work and no one came to help us to bring the suitcases down. Need better maintenance of the lift. Daily cleaning of the flat would be great.

This is a nice apartment where the owners have considered many details to make it easy for the guest when they arrive such as coffee, milk, sugar, bread. Great location with a short walk from the train and bus station

My one recommendation is for there to be spare towels when guests are staying several days. I understand that there is no housekeeping and didn't expect any, but a fresh towel after a few days would have been nice

Every detail was taken care of. The apartment was so close to the railway station but still quiet and it was so spacious and clean - I was really impressed.

I believe there was a car parking spot included in my stay but I forgot to book it and so I couldn't park at the apartment but this was still ok as I paid for parking at the railway station which was reasonable.

Perfect! Great location, quiet, snacks, slippers, heating, and all cooking utensils provided. Two sets of keys were provided, which was very convenient, along with adapters for charging phones. The staff was punctual for the meeting.

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was disappointing. It's not comfortable. Aside from that, the apartment has no flaws!

I was suprised to see the extent of the 'welcome pack', which was very well thought out in terms of what people might need, and went above and beyond what one usually sees. The apartments felt very private and I didn't hear my neighbours at all or any street noise. The area around the apartment was quiet, but felt safe. There's a small supermarket at the train station, and cafes/eating places close by, which was handy. Very close to train, buses and taxi rack. Citystay staff had a good response time to queries.

The lounge rug hadn't been hoovered, and there were numerous dead light bulbs in the ceiling (3 in kitchen/lounge, 1 in hall) and one bulb missing in a bedside lamp. People tend not to report dead light bulbs, I know, but housekeeping should regularly check this sort of thing. The rest of the apartment was clean. Brownie points for having a rack to drain dishes by the sink (many places forget this, and assume everyone is going to use the dishwasher) - but you then lost some points for not having a plug for the sink.
