We were greeted by Wasim who was friendly, polite and professional. Took our details and happily changed our room when we asked. We then met the lovely Taz who again was really friendly, warm and nothing was too much trouble for her. It was pleasantly quiet so slept well considering the place was busy. The staff were simply wonderful. It's not the travel lodge or premier inn and the owner should do more to bring the place up to more than basic.

The owner should invest in little things like toilet roll holders and hooks on bathroom doors. It's the finish and overall finesse that will make this hotel better. Towels were clean and fluffy which is important. Ensure bathrooms have good sealant and just paint to spruce up the place.

This was our first time staying the night here. We were greeted by a massive banner reading UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I suppose things were suboptimal before, but they’re clearly making an effort to improve. The staff were kind and very accommodating. The manager — classic hospitality type in suit and tie, always attentive — made sure we were satisfied. We asked if a room switch was possible: no problem. We asked if we could store some freezer elements: no problem; they even offered to bring in a mini fridge. Not something I’d expect from a budget motel, but I really appreciate the effort they’re making to turn things around. Other than that, it’s indeed a budget motel: very simple, perfect for one or two nights. The sheets were clean, the bed comfortable, the pillows the right height, the TV decent, and the shower hot. Really all that mattered to me. I’d happily come again if I need a stopover in this area.

Bed was a bit too short for me (186 cm / 6ft 1). Feet end has an odd ridge that my feet would touch. Perhaps the rooms could do with a QR code to access Wi-Fi, as that code is only in the lobby.

Breakfast was adequate, if u want more I'm sure the restaurant will b happy 2 provide your want and need. Otherwise maccy d's is 5mins walk away along with Costa, subway or if u want take out there is fast food pizza, burger, chicken and kebab all the same distance along with a shell garage, cashpoint and a convenience store that can provide more than u thought u wanted! Location is great for those travelling as easy and close access to major roadways. If u do not have transport the bus runs literally every hour from 7am to huntingdon and Cambridge the stop is about a 5-10 minute walk to the village max. The buses do pass but road isn't the best place to stop. If you want full blown shopping morrisons megastore is 10 mins by car half an hour if you would like to walk, alternatively u can catch the bus.

This place has much potential and has only just opened so in future I think u will c many improvements on its adequate style. Not much 2 dislike unless u r 1 looking 4 a complaint and then u may have difficulty finding!

I stayed for just one night, and I must say, the two Indian gentlemen at reception were exceptionally humble and polite — their hospitality really stood out. For the price we paid, I felt the hotel offered good value. The location is quite decent, with a restaurant nearby and easy access to get around on foot. The room was simple but clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a short stay. However, don’t come expecting luxury amenities — there’s no pool or spa. I’d say this hotel is ideal for budget-conscious travellers who plan to spend most of their time out exploring the city.

To be honest nothing .everything was fine a good parking space with all basic amenities.

Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. The rooms are clean (not like the Ritz of course), heaters work very well and keep the rooms warm, water is hot but you need to let it run for a bit and the area is very quiet (no noise at night). The people working there are absolutely lovely and accommodating. Only a 20 min drive to Cambridge, deffinitely worth the money. I would happily book with them again. Thank you

We did mention it's time for them to get new pillows as the ones they have are a bit thin.

Breakfast was very, very nice. We all enjoyed it and it set us up for a long journey. Our grandson (Age 10) loved it. There were a couple of kittens which he loved playing with, more importantly all of the staff were very good with him chatting, laughing and encouraging him. It was an excellent experience. Thanking them all 😊

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff, particularly Anubhav at the reception, was exceptional and made me feel right at home with his warm hospitality. The cleanliness standards were impressive, and the hotel offers ample parking space. Overall, I found it to be great value for money, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

I feel like like property was unfurnished and people were doing the some repairs work like a shit without considering the guest.

It’s easy to park, the rooms are all accessible from outside the motel and very big. They have all been redecorated recently but it’s the staff that are the cherry on the cake. They are so helpful and so friend and welcoming. The service is amazing and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and make your stay the best they can.

The staff member I dealt with was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was pleased with the bathroom , and considering its location next to a busy road was reasonably quiet

A better sslection of beer and snacks in the bar would have been welcome, but there were places nearby to get these anyway.

the location was easy to find and the staff are friendly and easy to communicate. The hotel itself was very nice and quiet. All in my experience was very good and I will come back again in future

Nothing that I can say something negative just my room doesn't have a lock but I'm fine because my partner was around.
