The apartment is located in a quiet residential area but next to a park. A great location , only just outside Cambridge. We drove into the city but there were buses locally. It’s a cosy, comfy place with good facilities. The heating was programmed perfectly but it was easy to adjust if we had needed. There was free street parking right outside. A good size shower. Fully fitted kitchen- it was great to have a dishwasher . Good accommodation for a 2 night break but would be ok for longer. We highly recommend and hope to stay again. As there are 2 apartments it would be good for 2 couples to stay.

Personally I would have liked a bit more cooking equipment as we like to cook. Maybe an extra saucepan or frying pan. Maybe a bit more cutlery too. Just because we made use of having a dishwasher. That’s it really- everything else was great.

Location- very quiet road, close to places like Newmarket racecourse and Cambridge city centre. Ease of check in. Facilities -contained most things you need for a self-catered short break for 2. Value for money. Parking- easy on road parking close to entrance.

There was only 1 towel provided for 2 people, not sure if this was a mistake. You can hear the people in the apartment below.

Booked as convenient for early hospital appointment. But would book for longer stay as was impressed with this studio. Even sofa bed was very comfortable. Parking no problem and quiet cul-de-sac. Easy access without need to call owner. With two double beds a bit tight for room but not a problem. Very good value for money.

Second studio overhead not well insulated so noise from even just walking in rooms at very early hours.

We had several occasions to contact the host with questions; his responses were usually prompt and always helpful. Information that we received in advance about the property was quite detailed, and the photos and descriptions about where to park and how to retrieve and use the housekey were particularly useful. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had good natural light. The furnishings were new, and though the apartment was small, the space was well-organized. The building was located in a neighborhood near a park, and we felt safe and comfortable walking around the streets. Wifi worked very well.

Techniques for operation of the cooktop (hob), and also of the clothes washer/dryer unit, were nonintuitive. We had to do internet searches to figure out how to operate them; and even so we still had difficulty with opening the dryer at the end of its cycle. (Also, the clothes did not dry at all unless the machine was set on "Intensive Dry"). Supplies for self-catering (plates, bowls, utensils for preparation and for eating, etc.) were adequate in quantity but barely so.

First of all, the apartment was in a good location, next to a superstore (Tesco). The place was really quite and you can park outside without any problem. in addition, the apartment was full equipped with enough facilities to have you experience very comfortable. To sum up, the staff was really kind. I forgot my shoes in the apartment and the landlord was really helpful and post it them to me. They managed all to send my shoes the same day. Thank you again guys. we’ll come back

The apartment is cosy and clean. Just enough for 2 adults. Set in residential area, ideal for exploring the city as there is a bus stop nearby or you can use your car. There is sufficient street parking. The unit is well equipped for cooking if needed.

Nothing major, but you can hear pretty much every sound coming from the other apartment. We had an issue with one of the lights blowing the fuses, luckily managed to fix it myself fairly quickly. However, I would like to see the hosts more reactive to some of our questions. The welcome info pack sent was great but after that there was silence.

Really quiet house, next to a park. The house was small but comfortable, clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a bit out of the way so if you don't have a car getting to central Cambridge might take a bit but buses come pretty frequently.

The location is convenient, easy access to a lovely park in a quiet area. There is a courtyard that has a little seating area. The apartment is very modern and kitted out with all the essentials. The place is clean and the spare bedding is a nice touch. The host was very gracious and accomodating. He allowed us an early check-in and bag storage in addition to being very amenable when we had to change our booking a but during the stay. I would definitely stay again.

The location was quiet and not far from a large supermarket and Addenbrookes hospital. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. There was a small courtyard to sit outside and parking was easy.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable as a sofa didn't try it as a bed. The shower was good but the shower room was very cramped.
